My 2003 Envoy broke down in front of my house. The shifter was stuck in park but engine was in neutral and I could't move the shifter. I had the truck towed to Cornerstone. They diagnosed the problem quickly and called with the estimate. I am recovering from a total knee replacement and they were very accommodating. When they finished the repair they actually delivered the vehicle to my home for my convenience. You really can't find this kind of service anymore. \r I researched cost for the type of repair they did and Cornerstone is very competitive and honest from the front desk to the mechanic. more

I think this place is a joke! They ran a diagnostic for a check engine light, and they ""couldn't figure out what it is"". Really, aren't you supposed to be able to fix cars? So they recommend we take it to the dealer but then they cleared the check engine light and all the history so they dealer couldn't look at the codes or what was wrong.... on top of it, we asked our money back for the diagnostic and a Manager to call us, nothing. We could never get a phone call back. Cornerstone is a joke. more

Can't say enough about the mechanics at Cornerstone. I have been bringing my personal and commercial vehicles to Cornerstone since 2004. I asked around town for trustworth mechanics who are not trying to rip you off and I always heard the name Cornerstone Automotive. What I really like is they tell it like it is and give you options if your pocket book isn't big enough to get all the problems fixed. Wants its fixed, its fixed for a long time. Very trustworthy gentlemen. I would recommend them to anyone. more

They have serviced both of our cars for a long time. They do great work for general maintenance and repairs. I highly trust them, and they don't give you the run around on work. If something needs to be done they will let you know. They have never done unnecessary work on our cars. I would suggest that you call around and get quotes on larger repairs, since sometimes they are not the cheapest. I needed a new transmission and they quoted me 2500. I got the work done someplace else for about 2200 with taxes. They are also not the best with alignments. Pros: reliable, honest Cons: only limited Sat hours, not always the cheapest more

I have used this place for a few years now and always got great service and a good repair at a fair price. They have been responsive to my questions, helpful with a ride home and considerate of my time by getting things done promptly. I always get a clear estimate of what is needed and an itemized invoice of what was done. When I had a minor problem with a repair they were almost falling over themselves to get it taken care of and my car back on the road. They didn't blame me or want more money, they just took care of it. What more can you ask for? \r I was looking up their phone number and saw the other review left here. In my opinion that guys is either talking about the wrong place, or works for the other shop he mentioned. I have never had any reason to question the honesty or quailty of these guys.
