These guys aren't kidding when they say 2-hour response time. They are fast and efficient., and they get the job done right THE FIRST TIME, (which is more than I can say for my last copier company)! We had a Toshiba that needed repair all the time and when we called, the company made it sound like we were bothering them, and that it was OUR fault the dang thing was broken. It is such a pleasure working with this professional team of people at CopyLady. more
