GREAT DOCTOR OFFICE 11/25/2009

I got my H1N1 vaccine from there.\r Great staff. Great providers. Very nice and efficient.\r I would only recommend getting an appointment as sometimes walk-in waits are long.\r I would recommend (and have) to any of my friends! Pros: Great Staff, especially providers Cons: Walk-in wait is sometimes long more

Very good facility and staff! 11/12/2009

Have been there with my kids several times over last few years, went there for treatment myself yesterday. Staff is courteous and efficient.\r \r The docs I have seen there are professional and knowledgeable. Prescriptions are not always the answer! Pros: Functions as Urgent Care, but will make appointments Cons: Very busy more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! 11/6/2009

This is the worst medical center I have ever worked with. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Two years after they claim we missed an appointment they sent our $25.00 account to collections. We moved 8 months before the appointment. Our mailing address had a forward for over a year. If they would have sent any notice, we would have received it. Missy was unhelpful and rude. Copperview Medical Center is a very poor running company. \r Pros: Very close to our old home Cons: Worst place I have ever worked with. more

Poor Medical Center 6/5/2009

This place always only tells us oh you be fine it just need to run it course. They never treat they just take the co-payment and insurance money. You practically have to fight for a prescription and if you do get one. This place stinks. Cons: Worst Treatment more

Wonderful Medical Center with great physicians and staff 12/22/2008

I have been going to CopperView Medical Center now for over 5 years. Everything/Everybody is wonderful from the scheduling receptionist, billing and especially the providers. They have a nice waiting room. Great location for me. I personally see Dr. Hollingsworth, but have seen many nurse practitioners and physician assistants that are also so great. When I call for an appointment, they can always do same day appointments with any provider, but if I want my appointment with Dr. Hollingsworth I can usually get in within just a couple days, to a week max. I have also gone in as a walk-in without an appointment and they have gotten me right in with minimal wait time. They are open 365 days a year, which has been great when my family needs to be seen late at night or on the weekends and even holidays. I started going for myself, but shortly found out they also see kids and now my entire family goes there. I have never really had a ""major"" problem, but when issues do arrise the administration/billing is quick to help and resolve the problem. I would and have recommened CopperView to many friends and family....all of which have been very pleased themselves with this facility and their services. Pros: Excellent care, great providers, wonderful staff, nice waiting room with nice patient rooms, usually very little to no wait in the waiting room more

Understaffed and unprofessional. 9/13/2008

Phones constantly ring off the hook, and although the staff seem to be well-mannered, appearance is often unprofessional, with visible tattoos, facial jewelry, etc. Billing is courteous in that they wait for your insurance to fully process before sending you an actual bill, but then their billing service (Physicians Billing) will send you a delinquency notice with that first bill. If a billing inacurracy arises, they are slow to be resolved. They seem to like to recommend unnecessary tests, and they you get a bill from a lab you've never heard of, wondering if it's for real. Waiting room is very large with big-screen TV and nice furniture. Pros: Large waiting room, legible computer-printed prescriptions Cons: Turnover rate of physicians & assistants, more concerned with return visits than successful treatment. more

DO NOT trust this place for treatment 7/30/2008

I am a medical student myself, so I feel I am able to give a fair assessment of the type of service this medical clinic provides. I would never recommend this place--in fact, if it wasn't the ONLY place my insurance will allow me to go, I would never go back.\r \r The first time I went to this clinic with a rash, the physician looked at my skin then brought a dermatological book into the room and basically asked me to diagnose myself by showing me a picture (which looked vaguely like my rash) and asking, ""Do you think you have this?"" She then prescribed me a topical cream that did not work and told me that I would probably have to continue using the cream for life, because there was nothing more she could do to treat it.\r \r The second visit at this clinic was worse. I experienced a reaction to a vaccine I was given. When I came back to get the reaction treated, I was told by the nurse practitioner that she thought it was just a mild reaction to the injection site, and I should take ibuprophen for the pain and let it heal itself. She then told me she wanted to get the lead medical assistant's opinion. The medical assistant took a look and said she thought I had cellulitis, a much more serious condition, and recommended antibiotics. The nurse practitioner then changed her mind and decided to treat my condidtion as cellulitis. I went to pick up the prescription for the antibiotics and found out that it had never been called in.\r \r I can look past the dingy office and the aloof attitudes of most of the staff, but I feel like the care at this clinic is borderline negligent.\r \r Pros: There is a large waiting room, but I had to think hard to come up with something positive Cons: Staff, Wait time, General atmosphere of office more

Best Doctor's office I've ever been to. 3/16/2008

My husband and I have been going to Copperview Medical Center for more than 6 years. We moved out of state for a year and half and missed this facility. They are open everyday of the year and have long hours during the week and open on weekends. How many of us or our kids get sick on a convenient week day? They have the great pediatrician, Dr. Lei and all his assistants have been outstanding. We have referred many friends and family to this facility and will continue to do so. If our kids get sick we can call and get in the same day, usually with the PA, but with a couple days notice we can usually see the doctor. They have a large waiting room, have a pediatrician and a few family doctors. All are nice and do a fantastic job!!!! Pros: convenient hours, covered drop off for winter & rainy day visits, great personell. more

WORST MEDICAL CENTER!! 10/1/2007

The 1st time I went to Copperview, my tonsils were SO inflamed they were bleeding. The Dr did a strep test that came back negative. He told me ""Well that looks REALLY painful; you should try taking some Tylenol for the pain and come back in 2-3 days if it still hurts"". I ended up going to the hospital after not being able to eat/talk for 2 days where I found out I had abscess?s behind my tonsils and needed them removed. The next time I went back, I had such horrible pain in my ovaries for over a week that I couldn?t sleep/eat/walk with out being very uncomfortable due to the pain. The Dr had me take a UTI test where she handed me a paper with a bunch of letters and #?s like I knew what it meant. There was no infection, so they prescribed me Ibuprofen 800mg to stop the pain, and told me if I still had pain for 3-5 more days to come back. I ended up going to an OBGYN specialist who said Copperview Medical should have taken tests, did a sonogram, or ANYTHING besides just a UTI test so he could have seen if there was anything. See next comment Pros: Large Waiting room Cons: Worst medical advice more
