Review content:
Phones constantly ring off the hook, and although the staff seem to be well-mannered, appearance is often unprofessional, with visible tattoos, facial jewelry, etc. Billing is courteous in that they wait for your insurance to fully process before sending you an actual bill, but then their billing service (Physicians Billing) will send you a delinquency notice with that first bill. If a billing inacurracy arises, they are slow to be resolved. They seem to like to recommend unnecessary tests, and they you get a bill from a lab you've never heard of, wondering if it's for real. Waiting room is very large with big-screen TV and nice furniture.
Pros: Large waiting room, legible computer-printed prescriptions
Cons: Turnover rate of physicians & assistants, more concerned with return visits than successful treatment.
