I had 3 companies come out to my home they all said I needed a new AC system. I called CoolQuest for the last and final opinion and guess what, even though I could use a new system they were able to fix it! I know next year when I am able to purchase a new unit I will have CoolQuest install it! Thanks for being honest and helping out my situaltin even if it is a quick fix for now! I rate companies for a living and I have to say this company passes with flying colors! Yes I needed my AC fixed but never thought I would get the service that I did! From the first call to the install this company was so professional. I also had 2 other companies out and they no way compared to CoolQuest! You know every once in a while we have to praise a company for the services they have preformed. Everyone is quick to post all negative things but never the positive. I am here today to say what a wonderful job CoolQuest did at my home yesterday through all the raindrops and all! The girls in the shop are friendly, polite and efficient. The sales tech’s were not pushy and the installers were just as nice working in the rain and the hot condition until they were done. Amazing company! From the first call to the install everything went smooth! We are very happy we decided to go with CoolQuest. The staff is extremely knowledgeable the installers were nice and polite as well as clean. The guys also informed us they fixed all home electrical issues as well as appliance repairs. I just moved into an older home and of course the first night in the home no AC in my Hudson Florida home! The young lady I spoke to I believe her name was Kim did everything for me being a Friday night the techs were all booked up! She took my number and called me back in 10 min, Robert came to my home and I purchased a new unit I wasn’t going to mess around with this old thing.
