There are good and bad businesses all around. In the past, I do believe Cooke was good with a much better reputation. However, I don't know if he's giving himself too much to handle? Maybe growing tired of the business? I really can't say. But I was left waiting at my house for him to arrive - he gave me a set time, so I canceled two appointments I had in order to have Cooke take care of my garage, and not just anyone else. However, the third hour went by, so when I called he responded along the lines of ""Sorry. I'm tied up. I have two other jobs. I can't make it today."" Really? As a courtesy, you couldn't at least call your customer before the time you mentioned rather than keep them hanging? I had to initiate the call to have him tell me he can't make it. Hmm. Anyhow, I'll take my chances with someone else. I figure, it's a gamble. But, hey, I gambled by calling Cooke and look what happened. more
