I had a great experience from the first time I called on the phone for information. I came in for a new rear window. I was met by Kim who not alone greeted me but immediately cleaned off the bird poop on the car and top. The top on my '83 Porsche 911 is a little more complex than the mid-fifties Chevy I was more familiar with. Trusting the recommendation of a friend who had had his 1930s car done there, I came to Convertibles Only needing a portion of the headliner section replaced. The experience was impressive from the start as I felt welcomed and found each member of the staff to be most courteous and patient. As the project progressed, follow-up communication was an obvious priority. The top on my Boxster was not setting into the frame as it should. Convertibles Only was recommended to me by my mechanic, and after one missed try in finding them due to the Mercer Mess, I dropped in on them without an appointment.\r After listening to me whine, Les identified the problem, and more importantly, knew how to fix. I needed my convertible motor repaired as well as some cosmetic work done on the cloth top of my Saab. Les, the owner of the shop, gave me a timely and reasonable quote, and was working on my car in no time. He did a great job with the upholstery work, but turns out part of the motor work could only be addressed by a Saab dealer. So Les made some phone calls, helped arrange the work to get done properly by the dealer, AND didn't charge me for the partial work that he did. He absolutely didn't have to do this, but he understood that he made a promise to fix everything, wasn't able to live up to it, and did what he felt was the right thing to do for his customer's best interest. I didn't know people like Les even existed in the auto industry, i.e. honest and accountable, but he restored my faith. Don't hesitate to let this guy work on your convertible. I just took my car to Convertibles Only last week, Les the owner was very helpful & friendly. He did everything he said he would do in the time frame he promised. My new top looks great & he gave some great pointers for taking care of my new top too. This is a wonderful company to take your convertible to. I also found out he does upholstery work on any car.
