Great Service from Greg 2/10/2018

Greg arrived on time and put on shoe socks before entering our house. Very thoughtful. He was quick to check the operation of our heating equipment, humidifier, and thermostat. Answered questions we had regarding the operation of our humidifier and recommended a change of air filter. I was very pleased with Greg's attention to service and next service visit in May or June. Service Maintenance Agreement 12/11/2017

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received today from the Control Tech technician.. There technician was polite, considerate and professional. He answered all my questions and seemed genuinely receptive to them. He was efficient in completing his work and seemed very knowledgeable regarding the equipment. He deserves a job well done and should be advised of it. more

Tony was exceptional. A perfect combination of professional skill, friendliness and attention to detail. I have done everything from command in combat, to escorting the President of he United States. Very professional. Serviced whole house humidifier for 7-year old HVAC system in addition to routine quarterly maintenance. Answered all of my questions. First time I had ever been asked if I would like humidifier service. Hope all of these maintenance visits significantly improve the life of my costly HVAC system. more

Review for JD 292 - Control Tech Heating & Air Conditioning 6/11/2017

Was fortunate to get help so quick! J.D. arrived in less than 1 hour. Went directly back to the outside unit and after a few comments, he went directly to his procedure to find the problem. Took the panel off and started troubleshooting. Discovered the capacitors were shorted and the contractor had pitted contacts. Recommended changing both. I agreed. He had the parts in his truck, made the changes and then proceeded to wash down and clean up the inside of the unit before closing up. He then checked the pressures and went downstairs and checked the unit. Changed the filter and buttoned up. Very courteous and helpful in taking the time to explain what needed to be done and making sure I was aware of what he was doing and why. Defiantly confident and knew what he was doing. It was a pleasure to have him here to do the repairs. I would hope all their service people were as competent. more
