Fast Service. Tom came to fix our one laptop. He not only took care of that problem but also fixed some issues with two other laptops. He also connected our printer as a network printer. Good Service. Our AVG works fine. This is the only company I will go to have my computers fix because they are not afraid to share technology information. They even printed out which site we can go to download free virus cleaners including free AVG. Very honest and reasonable charge. I paid over $399 in Boston. had my a new motherboard put in. open a claim with bbb cause of a 75.00 fee. told me it was for diagonostic fee changed his mind told me it was for antivirus avg8.5 contactacted avg gave them licence # came back it was a bootlegged copy an if i want a good copy it would cost me 60.00. oh yeah the new motherboard that was replaced well it crapped out. brought it to pc warehouse told me it was not 6 months old motherboard. even when i got my pc back i didnt even get the software for the motherboard. We needed to move our office in Agawam. Called Control Alt Delete - they sent out a tech to see where are 21 computers were, how it was networked with a server and 4 printers. Then he went to see our new location. Gave us an instant quote.
