After graduating with a degree in accounting, where my money was reimbursed through the knowledge obtained, I decided a new career in property management was more of my forte'. My company paid for me to go through the schooling, so I can't say I spent the money, but the lack of knowledge and information from this schooling, I would have paid them to not reccomend me to go there. With the dinosaur teachers who think they know all, and the testing in which they only try to confuse you more, it's setting yourself up for failure as opposed to success. I was told many different things from instructors that was contradicting to what another would say. After trying to take that confusion to the test and being informed not to read the book, and just study the questions, the test was a completely different element. I don't reccomend it to anyone, it sets you up for failure and stress, when really the whole learning process of real estate can be beneficial to you personally and in the work force. I am a person who loves classes and education, they are always beneificail personally and work wise, but this is nothing but a load of dissapointment and frustration. Don't spend the money to be let down!
