Best

I recently purchased glasses there and it was the best place Ive ever been to. When I first walked in the receptionist approched me right away and asked me to fill out paper work....

Worst

On my first visit for an eye injury, I explained to the doctor that I can't take numbing drops as they make me feel very faint and nauseous. She seemed skeptical, but said okay. ...

Run, don't walk away 4/4/2012

Over priced and misleading. will set you up for multiple appointments to do what other places do in one. $300 for tests that were part of a $75 basic exam where I used to go. more

Terrible Service!!! 7/29/2010

I went to the office looking for contact lenses. On my very first visit they made me pay before they found a pair of contacts that would work for me. Paid over $200 in the process of about six months was never able to find contacts that would work and the only thing they would offer me is a credit! I paid cash I wanted cash back! more

Bad Service 11/5/2008

I took my grandmother for new glasses. Very bad service, no privacy, we waited a long time, I think my grandmother was ripped off. She couldn't see with the glasses. I also went to talk about botox, and saw a very stern, seemed judgemental, woman. They wanted to give me an eye exam. I just wanted to ask about botox. She seemed mad. I didn't like it there at all. Unfriendly types, waited too long, waiting room doubles as exam room for the guy selling glasses/frames. I couldn't figure it out. Pros: seemed like a professional office Cons: unfriendly more

Rude staff, abysmal service and rip off 7/30/2008

Do not ever go there. It is in medical facility, so I was fooled. I found it on Internet, called them for appointment, they said I do not need one and I can come anytime in 9 to 11 or 1 to 4. I went at 1:30. The optometry staff was not back from lunch yet. They came at 1:45, but receptionist did not bother to tell me. I waited until 2:00, finally asked, and she said they are back. The optometry guy tried to rip me off by offering like tons of features and billing them w/o confirming with me. Pros: doctor seems nice Cons: rude, arrogant staff, horrible service and rip off more

Doctor forgot I can't take numbing drops and put them in without looking at my chart 7/24/2008

On my first visit for an eye injury, I explained to the doctor that I can't take numbing drops as they make me feel very faint and nauseous. She seemed skeptical, but said okay. I even told her the story of how a previous eye doc had put them in without looking at my chart first and how angry I was about it. On my follow up, she'd forgotten all about it and proceeded to put them in my eyes. I was shocked and very upset! She made the excuse that she couldn't read her own writing on my chart. Never mind that it was also in my writing on the opposite page, which was covered by a Botox ad. (I had asked to write ""No numbing drops"" across the top in red pen on my first visit, but she insisted that wasn't necessary.) She then went outside the room and I could hear her berate her staff for covering up my patient information with the Botox ad (as if it was their fault). At least she had the presence of mind to flush my eyes out. Fortunately, this really reduced the reaction, but I was still wiped out for the afternoon. She did apologize, but the rest of the exam was very awkward. Pros: Doctor seemed knowledgable about my injury and how to treat it Cons: Doctor failed to remember my Rx sensitivity and gave it to me anyway, even though it was on my chart. more

What a horrible place! 7/5/2007

This office is terrible! While the Dr I saw knew what she was talking about, she was arrogant and condesending. It's no wonder the staff there looks so miserable. Pros: Nice building Cons: Dr. with a God complex. more

BEST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!! 5/10/2007

I recently purchased glasses there and it was the best place Ive ever been to. When I first walked in the receptionist approched me right away and asked me to fill out paper work. After filling the paper work out I then sat down after a few minutes went by the front desk asked me if i would like a glass of water or something to drink. I had the greatest service. I do admit it was a little busy but thats expected at any medical office. The doctor that I saw was amazing! She explained everything to me in great detail. After my exam I then was greated by someone in the optical department who then helped me pick out the cutest pair of glasses for me. Very modern and stylish. I LOVE THEM!! Great quality frames (called okki). The staff was wonderful. I will definatley go there again!!!!! Pros: EXAM, FRAME AND CONTACTS ALL AT THE SAME PLACE Cons: VERY BUSY more

The Worst Office Ever! 4/7/2006

The Dr.'s seem to be competant but that can't begin to make up for the rude, inefficient office and optometry staff. I've never been treated as poorly as I was by the receptionist. It was painful to watch their mistreatment and poor attitude towards other patients also. Their bookkeeping is a joke - I just received a bill for services dated two years ago! Cons: Rude Staff, Poor Bookkeeping more
