Westlake Dentistry It's nice, modern, comfy, and a little hard to find. I was traveling west on Bee Cave and my iphone showed that I was approaching the office. I didn't see anything, but I slowed anyway. Yep... there it is down the side of the hill. You might pass it the first time, but after that it shouldn't be a problem, and since I usually stick with a good dentist this is
a very small issue.
The front desk s
taff and the dental assistants are all very friendly, personable and helpful. I needed a certain form filled out for my dental record with the Navy Reserve, and they Google'd it, printed it out, and ensured it was filled out for me. Nice job. I said I needed to be out at a certain time and they said they'd do their best.
The dental assistant showed me around the place, and it is very clean, organized, and updated. The chairs do give you a nice view of a health club and trees. Made me feel bad for skipping town lake that morning :) but it's a nice office.
The dental work was thorough and they took care with my mouth. I have some sensitive teeth and they were careful around them. My main disagreement with Ingrid is on Dr. Augustine. He was personable, polite, and said what needed to be said. He didn't try to be my best friend, but I already have one so it's ok. He answered my questions, and filled out my Navy dental form.
Since I needed some work done, I went back to the front desk to schedule my follow up. She asked about a few times that didn't work, so I asked if I could just send her a copy of my calendar for the next few weeks, and she could pick a free spot in my schedule. They obliged, and made it easier for me. ...and they had me out of the office on time.
So...
1) Nice office
2) Friendly staff
3) Gentle but thorough service
4) Great customer service
5) Prompt service
I think my 5-star rating is fair because they went a little further than my expectations at every opportunity. I will obviously return... and I won't need my GPS to find it
