It was a really awesome experience. Everyone was helpful. While all options were explained, we never felt pressure to purchase anything we weren't interested in. That was huge to me. We were not there for hours haggling over options/extras. Best car buying experience we've had. more

Definitely will buy from Continental again! 7/15/2011

I am shopping for a new car with several makes and models in mind. After talking with Antoinette, Continental is one of three dealerships I am considering because she was extremely knowledgeable of cars and even explained some aspects of financing that was good news to me! Her friendly personality and honest answers sold me, so if I do decide on a Toyota, I will definitely buy from Continental. more

What's not to like? 6/20/2011

Mr. Mica was very helpful, so was everyone I dealt with - including the folks in the service area and cashier. The dealership was very comfortable. The restrooms were well maintained and clean. Fresh brewed coffee, flat screen tv, internet access and friendly staff - what's not to like? more

Top-notch service 6/16/2011

I just purchased a new 2010 Camry XLE from Ken and Bill and I couldn't be happier. They were both extremely professional, friendly and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Top notch customer service. I drove 470 miles (round trip) to purchase this car from them and would go there again in a heart-beat. You will not find a more knowledgable, friendly staff, eager to serve you. They gave me a FANTASTIC price on the Camry and even sold it to me for a lower price than they quoted me. How many dealerships would do that? They thanked me numerous times to drive that far to buy from them. I highly recommend this dealership. Their price beat Thomas Toyota of Joliet, IL by over $1000.00. I am a customer service specialist since my expertise in customer service and satisfaction then you know if I rate them #1, they are truely #1. Thanks for making my first time NEW car purchase a memorable and fabulous experience. more

We had an excellent salesperson. We were there just to ask questions, she took her time, answered them. Then when we bought the car she checked in with us to be sure we liked it. Then even took time to go out again and help me drive the Prius correctly so that we get the best possible gas mileage. Very nice and kind person. Knowledgeable to the max. I will recommend this dealership. more

Toyota in Hodgkins truly was the best car purchasing experience I have had in my 30 years of driving. They have an exceptional staff from service to sales.
