They exceed all expectations Superb aesthetics, food quality. and assortment. All without preservatives. Excellent Wedding Cake... 10/4/2010

Just the best cake I have ever eaten. My Daughters Wedding was MADE byt his cake. Everyone raved about it...& wanted MORE. Needless to say the bridge & groom were just lucky to get out of there with their portion. \r \r I personally enjoy thier Deli. Their meats are ALWAYS fresh & favorful. Their rolls (German kind) ARE THE MAX. None better short of going to Germany for them! more

A coworker of mine told me about Continental Pastries and she was raving about there cakes. For my friends birthday I got one from there OMG it was fantastic and the person who decorated it was awesome. I live 30 mins away they got my business and there prices are so affortable. Everyone is so customer friendly. more

Pretty Cake But.... 8/3/2009

I purchased a quarter sheet cake for my husband's birthday with a photo of our cabin on it. The cake was beautiful. We were dissappointed though with the cake itself. I had ordered a raspberry filling only to find out we had a custard filling when we cut into it, and the frosting tasted like shortening. I will go elsewhere next time. more

Get the Napoleons 7/10/2009

I am somewhat less enthusiastic about the bakery (compared to the previous four reviewers) because the only things I rave for are the Napoleons (a pastry made of several layers of puff pastry alternating with pastry cream) and the cakes. I find their cookies to be like sawdust and the other pastries rather tasteless and forgettable. Parking in front of the store is a challenge so I suggest parking to the south of the store (closer to the accompanying ice cream shop). more

IN DEMAND!!! 4/25/2007

Continental cakes are pretty much a requirement in our family when celebrating something special. Most of my family is spread out through the U.S. Their cakes are the incentive to get family up here for the parties. Ha Ha Ha. We have been eating their cakes for many many years now and will continue to have Continental cakes at our family events for years to come. more

Amazing Cakes! 11/4/2005

We did a taste testing with Yanna (the pastry chef) prior to selecting the choices for our wedding cake and we knew immediately our cake was going to be fabulous! Yanna was very knowledgable and new exactly how she was going to design our Martha Stewart copy cake! The flavors are wonderful, the bavarian creme filling is out of this world and her whipped buttercream frosting is unlike any other frosting I have EVER tasted. AMAZING! She even re-created our wedding cake top for our one year anniversary, which was just as wonderful and beautiful! more

Great European touch! 9/9/2005

Continental does fantastic pasteries, but their specialty is their cakes for special occasions! I had them do my wedding cake and it was a highlight! They have many different ones to chose from with custards and fruits inserted. A must for the perfect wedding receiption! more

Continental Pastries has the best bread and pastries in the world. The bread is always so fresh! The cakes are beautiful and delicious. The day old counter is quality bread at WONDERFUL prices. Check this place out! more
