I brought in my late mother's diamond eternity band, which I already had had appraised for $5000/5 karats. This jerk here told me it was 1 karat and worth $175! I couldn't believe...

He quoted me higher price than any other places that I went to. Just for giggles, I countered his offer and he accepted. Right on the spot I had cash in hand. I was happy with my experience there. more

I had a stash of silver bars & coins that my mom had left me, I kept it stored for many years, last I took them in to sell (in fact it was this same place CC about 10 years ago) I was offered not as much per coin so I kept them for another time...well realizing that silver was up as well as gold, I decided to return with my same stash of silver goodies..well when I went into the store I checked SPOT price which was hovering around $38 ounce... I got $32...over all..a fair deal, I do not feel ripped off...maybe could have fought for another few dollars an ounce more but I was offered a fair price considering more

I wanted to sell a pair of diamond earrings that I never wore because the posts were too large for my ears. I've never sold gold or jewelry for cash so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Everyone in the store was really nice (a few different people helped me thoughout the process) and it was pretty painless. I felt I got a fair price and didn't feel the need to haggle or anything. I was in and out the door in 10 minutes or so. All in all I would recommend it to a friend and wouldn't hesitate to go back if I had more items to sell. more
