Its so obvious the management of this company does not know BRIAN and the act he puts on when upper management is there. His Employees, are working five or six days a week, and 12 hours a day. I did this for about one year and finally I got tired one day, and it caught up to me physically, and never asking for any time off, I asked if I could possibly leave cuz i felt week and I knew with a days rest I would be Great. He basically flat out said no. Him being the manager, he does not know any procedure through the computer nor does he know how to build a cutting dye. All he cares about is his bonus or him getting his part of whatever revenue he gets if any. He has no humanistic value of any sort.
