They don't just think about convenience, but your safety and your needs. 2/26/2014

I'd give Consumer Electric 20 stars! They assisted my elderly father and enabled him to leave his residence safely. He uses a powered chair and his porch lift blew a circuit. Consumer Electric quickly installed a direct line to the panel so it wouldn't trip the circuit. This is important so he won't be stranded inside or outside of the house. My dad also has an electrical hospital bed which they've installed another direct line for. This way he can feel safe and independent and be able to reside in his home where he wants to stay. Because of Consumer Electric's prompt service, their concerns, and their suggestions, we have peace of mind and my dad is more comfortable. He now has a better quality of life. more

Outstanding service 2/17/2014

This is the second time using Consumer Electric. Not many business's would go out of there way to facilitate a customers needs, but Consumer Electric did. My technician, Mr Kody Wright, upon arrival, wasted no time diagnosing the problem. Provided a fair quote and finalized repairs in a timely manner. I have called Consumer Electric maybe a half dozen times within the last year or two. They have always been very accomadating in regards to scheduling, usually within a day or two. My reasons for calling Consumer Electric were for some minor Residential electrical issues. And they've always completed the job in a very timely manner. Cody, the Technician, has always been on time. Very Friendly. Takes the time to explain things very clearly. Most importantly...he fixes the problem. And the fact that Cody has a very pleasant way about him...is definitely one of the reasons I choose Consumer Electric. Thanks. more

We contacted Consumer Electric to complete several projects at our home. On each occasion we were dealt with in a courteous and professional manner and appointments were scheduled at our convenience. The personnel were very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the work which needed to be done. The jobs were performed expertly and in a timely manner. We would not hesitate contacting this company again for future electrical needs at our home. more

Thorough and quick. 1/27/2014

I had a short in a receptacle in one of the bedrooms. The electrician from Consumer Electric performed a very thorough troubleshoot, found the problem that caused the short, and fixed it all pronto. more

Total satisfaction 12/30/2013

Consumer Electric sent an electrician who did a superb job in installing a new ceiling light fixture and a new floor outlet. He was totally aware of how to do the job, had the tools, explained all our questions, and there was absolutely no mess left behind. This is the second time he has done work for us and he was outstanding both times. I would definitely recommend them. more

A lifesaver that day! 12/20/2013

We had an excellent experience with Consumer Electric Inc. It was our first time using them, and we called at the last minute, kind of desperately. They came out here as shortly as they could. The electrician came in and fixed the problem, and he found some problems we didn't know we had. What they told us they would do, they did. All in all it was a very good experience. They were a lifesaver for me that day! more

Everyone at Consumer Electric did a wonderful job. Cody was super good. He was very conscientious and hardworking. He rewired some of our house, put the recessed lights in for us, and changed some outlets. He had to go in and run an entirely new line. When the dimmer for the lights didn't work, it was pretty upsetting! Cody actually took the time on his own to research why it wasn't working, find the information, and come back to fix it. Now it's working just fine. more

Knowledgeable and responsive 11/19/2013

Consumer Electric did a few things for me at an industrial location. I had issues with some interior lighting, a bathroom fan and an some exterior lighting. They were very responsive. We deal with a lot of electricians, and I get frustrated because it can be so difficult to get someone to return your call. But at Consumer Electric someone always answers the phone. They get out there and do the troubleshooting. and then they call you and tell you what they found and how it can be fixed. That's why I don't mind that they are a little bit more expensive. I'm willing to pay for that peace of mind that the work is getting done without me needing to babysit the process. more

The young man Consumer Electric Inc sent was very nice, very polite, and a good worker. He completely redid our electricity. We had no trouble at all setting up the appointment. The electricity is working wonderfully for a change! This is an old house and he got it so that it's working really nicely now. It was just one young man with one helper one day, who was a very nice young man too. We are very satisfied. more

Positive experience 10/21/2013

Consumer Electric was replacing an outside electrical box dating back to the 1950s or '60s and taking out a box in one of the closets in the side of the house because it's no longer up to code. Everything works great. It took them two visits to finish the job. The initial visit was in the beginning of the year in late January and they gave me a bid that was good for a year. I called in September and they came right out a did the job. They stand behind everything they do and their contract, I thought, is fairly good. If somethings goes wrong, they come right back to take care of it. more
