I love their pizza. I really do. But I hate their location. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I called to place an order and they were so brusque and bordered on rude. This location is so cramped and crowded and every time we've come to pick up pizzas, we have to practically elbow our way through because it is so small. And to pick up pizzas, you have to walk all the way through to the back of the restaurant. As I said, we love their pizza. It is by far my favorite in the area. But just about everything else about this place kinda sucks. more

I like their thin crust pizza, but this is not my favorite restaurant. I have had good food, as well as bad food here. I have also had good and bad service. It's hit or miss. Plus, the wait time is frustrating, especially on those nights when you get the not-so-good food or no-so-great service. I have also had more luck at their new location near Binghamton University. more

Everything was horrible! Dirty greasy table, waitress kept disappearing, wrong order, no flavor, oily tomato sauce, brown lettuce salad, store bought dressing, poor wine selection, very drafty and cold booth. Pros: no competion so you dont relize how bad they are Cons: everything more

We have dined at Consol's more than any other restaurant in the Triple Cities and have never been disappointed in the food or the service. The pasta dishes are plentiful and varied. The seasonal specials are diverse and offer a nice diversion from the traditional Italian entrees. One of the bonus' is the cost; very inexpensive compared to Little Venice or Cortese. The Pizza is outstanding. There is always a steady line of people at the take out window picking up ther ""bagged"" pizza. The Rigatoni with fresh mozarella, grilled sausage with pomadoro sauce is outstanding. \r Get seated early, very busy particularly in the Winter.\r A couple of negatives: My wife's favorite, vegetable Lasagna, was removed from the menu; the seating is very close quarters.\r Pros: Cost, service and quality of food Cons: Tight seating more
