First Pediatric Dental Office to Check Out! 3/8/2011

Having been in the sales and customer service field for over 20 years, I have high expectations when using ANY business services. Unfortunately, most businesses disappoint. EVERYONE I have encountered at Park West is friendly, kind and have always had a smile on their face; but more importantly, there is empathy when I need it. No one there makes me feel like I'm a bad mother when I walk in and my child is crying or he turns his head because he's going through his shy at strangers stage. Dr. Meredith is impressive because not only does she explain the treatment process well, but she knows all about the organic and natural questions I throw at her every time! She also never stops smiling while holding down my crying child! That's impressive and classy! The office seems to run like a well oiled machine because no one misses a beat and I'm out as fast as I came in without feeling rushed or not having all my questions answered. Nice!! more

Best Dental Office 3/7/2011

This is the best dental office we have visited. Very courteous and kind and patient. Very good at explaining treatment. Everyone works so well with kids and making them excited about being there. Our kids look forward to visits…wow!! more

My kids love it here. 3/1/2011

I started taking my daughter here after unsuccessful appointments with other doctors. Not only was the team here able to get her treatment done, everyone was so patient, caring, and sympathetic to my daughter's fears. My daughter actaully loves going to the dentist now. I tell everyone I know what a great experience it is! Only wish they saw adults too! more

Do not recommend 12/14/2009

This dentist should not be working with children. Check better business bureau, they are not rated very good. Their billing system is extremly questionable. Dentist has zero personality and does not know how to handle a scared child. Please think twice, there are so many dentist in this area, do not put your child through what my child went through. Please go somewhere else. Pros: cute decorations Cons: rude dentist more
