I think they're professional, down to earth, and in general have made this whole process so much smoother than I've experienced in the past with other Brokerages. ***Just a thought: Maybe there was a receptionist problem for a short period of time? The complaints seem to be pretty close together*** more

Very Happy 11/24/2009

I am really confused about all these bad reviews. I am working with them currently and have received GREAT customer service. Every time I call I think her name is T.J and she is very polite and helpful. Also I have been working with Stephanie on a complex issue and she has been VERY helpful. Her knowledge and patience with me has been excellent. more

Worst REO Company to deal with-BEWARE 11/10/2009

I've called this company several times to speak with Maureen the owner and never have I ever reached her. Does she exist? And if she does, who runs a business like this? I've had buyers interested in many of Maureen's properites and they do not like not knowing that I never got a hold of her once. The two agents that I've spoken with over the phone do not seem helpful at all. One of them is rude and short with every question I had asked and the other seems to have no clue about any of the properties. And no one returns my calls in a timely fashion. I haven't completed a transaction with this company but I wouldn't take a chance with a staff like this. more

After reading the comments, I actually ""scared"" of calling them, but I saw one their listing and want to find out things on that property, so I called...I just said may I speak to....the person answered phone said, hold please.....then let me hold for a good 10mins, OMG, I just can't believe someone could ever do this to others let along it's real estate company...... more

STEFANIE HUNG UP ON ME 9/22/2009

Our property was foreclosed on. i called this office to arrange for moving out on time, and was directed to speak to Stefanie. I called her and immediately she started off by yelling and threatening that my family would be kicked out. I explained that i would like to make peaceful arrangements to move out on time and avoid eviction. however she said she can not help me and that we can not escape, then she slammed the phone hanging up. Cons: CALL LEFT ME CONFUSED more

THE WORST RUDE REAL ESTATE AGENTS EVER 6/6/2009

I have some interection with this people and they are RUDE!!!. A womam named Sthefanie hang out on me twice while I was asking her something. They never return phone calls. You can't talk to them, they don't let you talk, they make you feel like they're the most important people in the planet and you cannot take any of their time. THEY ARE PLAIN RUDE. I asked to talk to this woman Sthefanie Valderrama about a propertly. She said she didn't have time for my questions and that she would call whenever she could. She never called. WORST REAL ESTATE AGENTS EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't know how they manage to still do business. I and people that I have been able to pass the feedback to would never do business with these RUDE people. more

Terrible outfit - they should be banned from real estate business 2/10/2009

I have been a real estate broker for 20 years and I have experienced the good and the bad and the ugly when working with other agents. This company is probably one of the worst. Their staffs are rude, un-cooperative, and lack of knowledge and proper training. I made a routine inquiry regarding the status of a property and inquire as to any other possible inventory available. I was cursed at and being made to feel like a pest taking up their valuable time. How can someone be so rude to customers and other agents can stay in business is totally beyond me? YOU OUGHT TO BE VERY WARY ABOUT WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY... more

My experience was very positive 12/23/2008

Not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. My experience with this office was very positive. Once you understand that an REO sale is strictly a business deal and not your more typical emotional seller/buyer sale. I found the people here to be courteous and very helpful. We submitted our offer, were countered by the seller the next day and we had a deal. We closed the deal within 30 days, no hassles and no issues. Found this group to be easy to deal with and the escrow process was straight forward and quick. more

I'm not sure which banks would hire morons like these. I'm trying to figure out their banks, and am writing letter to one to move their business somewhere else. These people don't even know abc of real estate, they are rude, keep changing the story, airheads, losers... more

Be aware when doing business with people in this office. The best way is to stay away from them. They are very rude and unethical. Don't understand why the banks trust them to list REO properties. Hope they will be investigated soon. more

Worst Place ever. I wish there is a minus star 9/23/2008

This is the worst place I had ever called. I had never written a review before but after I talked to the receptionist of this company I had to write this. The receptionist (I think her name is Tammy) is a total BITaCH ( I just filled in the blank for the other reviewer and glad to know some one is agreeing with me). After I called back I reported to her ""manager"" (I dont know that guy's name) about her very impatient and bad attitude toward her customer. The ""manager"" which seems to behave the same way told me she is the best employee there. I just couldn't believe my ears. I want to talk to their manager but I can't find the number to call and person to contact. All that I can do here is to warn people not to deal with them. Too bad for the company, it is a shame and loss for the company to have employees like that. more

The most horrible company to deal with. I cannot give them even 1-star. 9/3/2008

This is the most horrible company I have come in contact with in past few years. You cannot go past the operator/receptionist. And she acts like a total _____!! Cannot even provide the office address or any other contact person. I just wondor what these banks' assett managers are getting back, to give business to these people. Yesterday, after getting very frustrated, I actually walked into a CountryWide office for one of their owned properties. The property is still showing active and available today, 9/3/08, address: 5262 COLONIAL PARK CT, Fremont CA 94538, and yesterday this CountryWide employee told me that it is pending with a week offer, and a whole bunch of other BS, without actually checking!!! Cons: They seem like the Con artists. All the Cons. more

Beware win bidding on an REO property controlled by this company. We recently bid on an REO that fell out of escrow from the first buyer. The first buyers pulled out due to the property, termite, and structural inspections. more
