Service department was wonderful. Greeting was friendly yet professional . Diagnostic service was perfect and exhibited expansive knowledge of my Corvette. They arranged for a fine rental car quickly and at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the extensive service required was done expeditiously and completely with the car returned washed and ready to go. more

Impressed 3/2/2011

It's been a while since I've been here, but my car is still running great. I have had really bad experiences in the past with buying a used car, but the guy was straight-forward and there were no surprises. THe fact that my car still runs perfect is more than enough for me to be impressed. more

We have been a customer of Connell Chevrolet for over 17 years. A family owned business, they offer excellent customer service. Their sales people are fairly and friendly, not pushy like some car salesmen. They are willing to help you get a fair purchase price. If they don't have what you are looking for, chances are they can get it. Mike the used car manager is really good at finding cars for his customers. when my car was totaled, he found the perfect replacement car for me. The dealership has alot of repeat businessand its obvious why. more

Great customer service! 7/11/2008

The service department at Connell was so much better than the service from the dealer I bought my Chevrolet from originally that I just started taking it into Connell. They were always nice to deal with and never patronizing (which is what I got from the other dealership). I liked their service so much that I bought my 2007 Chevrolet from them, and I have no complaints. (Well, they did call me on my honeymoon to tell me that my part was now in stock, but that's not their fault.)\r \r If I buy another Chevrolet vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them. more

Bought two cars there 6/9/2005

We bought two cars there. The sales staff is nice. They don't pester you. They are polite and try to work out the best deal. You don't feel taken advantage of. more
