Connan's Paint & Body Shop

Very disappointed with this experience. From the time my car was dropped off by wrecker to their lot, it was over 100 days until my car was finished. My car sat in the lot untouched for weeks.... why? I am not sure. Maybe because it was not a fancy sports car? I don't know. But I can tell you that cars were being turned over left and right, except for my 2005 Cavelier. After we picked the car up, my husband noticed part(s) that were left off. These part(s) are sitting on their work bench at the shop!! Not very professional, and very disappointed and frustrating to say the least. I do not recommend this company. more

I had a small dent in my one year old SUV after a taxi hit me in Chicago. I brought my car in and within a week they did a perfect job, not only fixing the dent but touching up the few marks on the car! It looked brand new! And the service was fantastic from the ride home when I dropped off the car to the friendly and efficient pick-up. I could not be happier and I would recommend Connan's to anyone needing body work on their car. more

These guys are a recommended body shop from LEXUS. Does that say enough. I have had 4 vehicles repaired at their shop and they do Great work! Clean up, attention to detail, and so what that they are a bit more expensive than Earl Shibe or Macco. You get what your paying for. I have had lengthly conversations with the owner, which I might add still runs the shop behind the senes \r \r The owner told me that he had a client ship his car from Texas to have it fixed by them. Go figure.\r \r If you use them just look around at the attention to detail to making you feel at home. I recently got my car back from Connan's. From start to finish, my contact with them was professional, courteous and friendly. Because I was paying for the repair myself, they provided transportation back and forth to a neighboring community -- about an hour round trip. The repair was finished on time -- and the car looks like new -- they cleaned the car up nicely.\r \r I would have no hesitation returning to Connan's for any further body work needed. Pros: Recommended by my dealership Cons: None that I can think of more

Had an issue with getting the paint matched up on one of our car repairs \r (07 Corvette Z06) but they did what needed to be done until the job was done to our satisfaction. \r \r We then took in a mercedes and they nailed the repair first time around. We had a very bad experience with Connan's. Briefly, a job that should have taken a week and half ended up taking almost 6 weeks due to numerous errors and a lack of communication on the part of Connan's. I wasted a significant amount of time and gas money calling to check on the status of my vehicle and driving back and forth to Connan's to have mistakes fixed. I was very disappointed with this company, as they had come highly recommended to us. To top things off, I never once received an apology from any of the staff for all of the inconvenience they had caused me. When I wrote a formal complaint to the manager, I never received a response. Save yourself some time and frustration, and don't go to Connan's. Pros: the end result was acceptable Cons: poor customer service, numerous mistakes/oversights more
