Coney Island Weiner Stand 8/26/2005

If you want a good dog, this is the place to go to. The dogs are grilled, served on a steamed bun, topped by onions, mustard and chili sauce. One is not enough, they melt in your mouth. The service is quick, prompt and friendly. It is crowded during lunch. You can order to go at the counter or take a seat if one is available and eat your dogs there. more

Coney Island.....a great place to go back 8/18/2005

Coney Island Weiner Stand is a great place to just go back. The coney dogs and rootbeer are just wonderul and the staff is very friendly. The price is just right. No where else can you go to get good quality coney dogs for the right price. If you haven't been there you need to go! more

Blast from the past 8/15/2005

These guys have been around for ages. Their hotdogs and A&W root beer are to die for. They cook them up like they always have and make you want more. Time has gone by but these dogs stay they same. The only way it could be better is if the prices stayed the same through the years, but they have gone up. Sometimes it is good to stay the same. more

Hot Dog ! 8/9/2005

Coney Island is a very family "small town" place to visit in the middle of Ft. Wayne. We visited Coney Island before we moved in to the area (on a recommendation form our real estate agent) and the kids loved it. Hot Dog are good, price is also pretty good. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Ft. Wayne area or for long time residents ! more

Family Eating Cheap 7/14/2005

This is a great and vintage place to choose when deciding to go to eat as a family!!! The servers are nice, there is the nostalgic feel, and the prices are great!!! The coney dogs are one of a kind and they never get old!! You can have your hotdog any way-there is also hamburgers, chili, pie, and good old potato chips to eat!! There is the classic coke in a bottle which also never gets old!!! For great family eating coney island is the place!!!! more
