I had a terrible experience with "Lisa" of Concordia Travel in Monroe Twsp NJ. She is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the experience of working with. I booked with Lisa in early Dec. 2011 and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel two weeks later. [] []I contacted Lisa and asked for the cancellation penalties since I hadn't been provided with anything, and she immediately gave me attitude. I had to literally ask Lisa 3-4 times for the cancellation policy in writing. Lisa "hemmed & hawed" about the amount of work & effort she put forth in making the travel arrangements for this "group trip". She even went as far to bad mouth the person hosting the trip. [] []I can't believe someone working in the service industry dealing with customers could behave this way. I am applauded by her attitude and lack of professionalism. [] []I wanted to share this information in hopes of saving someone from all the unnecessary drama. For those of you who do not know, Concordia Travel is an agent of Travel Impressions. Travel Impressions is owned by American Express. Needless to say, I was surprised that American Express would allow this type of customer service. I plan on making them aware and I hope this review will WARN others from booking with Concordia Travel! []
