My story on the sales side, we bought our Civic in 2005, we drive our cars a long time, my BWM is now 14 years old. We went in on the last day of the month in April and said we wanted a Hybrid Civic and we wanted leather and we would not pay over market. i was very pleasantly surprised by the service department at concord Honda. Waisid really hustles and cuts a fair deal. I brought in a near junker, fearing heavy pressure for repairs, but he accommodated my request for the minimum, and didn't make fun of my ignorance on a of couple of false facts I picked up from morons on the Internet. \r Concord Honda has always played fair by us. more

Best Service We Received 2/8/2011

Me and my husband test drove the Honda Civic Hybrid here over the weekend and received excellent service from one of the younger salesmen working here. He wasn't pushy, answered all our questions without BSing the answers (like other car salesmen do!), and even went on the test drive with us (which they don't do at the VW or Mazda sales lot). He even gave us a print out comparing the three cars we're considering (Mazda 3, VW Jetta, and the Honda Civic Hybrid). more

I wanted to write to inform you of the wonderful customer service I received while purchasing a new car from your dealership. I was helped by Peter (your Fleet Manager) who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have heard a lot of people complain about the experience of buying a car and previously have had a negative experience myself at another dealership. Peter was able to find the car I wanted, he made the purchase of the car very easy, and the car was ready when he promised. IMPRESSIVE 2/2/2011

Concord Honda responded to our //edmunds(dot)com request with the best price for our 2011 Accord. When I read the bad Yelp reviews, I was reluctant to drive to Concord but we decided that we'd go and if they made us wait or were unfriendly, we'd take our business elsewhere... but when we got there the Accord was out front ready for us to test drive it... and a couple of days later when we went to pick it up (we added some extras) the car was ready - shiny clean with full gas tank... we were impressed by Ali's efficiency. We never felt pressured. Finance manager, Zuheir, was efficient and friendly. We'd recommend Concord Honda to anyone in search of a Honda. more

My experience with Concord Honda dealership was extremely nice. They were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely 'no-pressure' during the whole process of purchase. We live in bay area, and my wife contacted the dealership over email/phone, and we drove 60 miles to pick up the vehicle. As the color we wanted, was not available, the sales person [Ali] arranged it from another dealership. Price was better than the best offered price in any of the bay area dealership, for the same make/model/trim.\r \r I am enjoying my 2009 Honda Pilot EXL with RES [Dark Cherry Ext / Beige Leather Int.], with no problem so far. They even took our picture with the car, and will send us calender with the picture.\r \r Finance manager [Zuheir] was also a amazing persion. Ali and Zuheir remained in delaership till late in night on Sunday, and finished our paperwork, so that we can drive the vehicle home. No pressure at all, for buying any extra accessories or warranties or paint protection, etc. This is my 3rd new more

I went into Concord Honda to help my parents purchase a car and would like to say that though they can be difficult at times, Doug treated them with a kind heart and lived up to everything he said to them. The manner in which he helped us with our purchase has him held in my highest respect and because of Doug we will be using Concord Honda's service and parts departments as well. more

We bought our car from Concord Honda. I appreciated the straightforward, no-hassle pricing Doug offered, and it was a good price he offered. The staff did a great job of showing us the car and working through the purchase paperwork. They were friendly and patient with us as we oscillated in our decision between colors; we got the color we wanted. Eleni did a great job of explaining the finance-related options without pushing us on any of them. Overall, it was a great experience. more

Impeccable Customer Service 11/19/2008

Concord Honda obtained our business because Doug went beyond my expectations not only to respect my personal decision to wait on purchasing a car, but to also assist in advice in purchasing a vehicle should I go to another dealership. In addition, Jon was instrumental in getting us the pricing and financing documentation via e-mail which was a key factor in the deal because as Doug and Jon know, I am on bedrest with baby #3. I am unable to handle any type of stress at the moment because any stress could invoke pre-term labor. Working with other dealerships was too much to handle, so we had decided to wait on the purchase until the baby was born or unless there was a purchase price we could not ignore. The latter happened but from a different dealership but because Doug made such a positive impression, I really wanted to go with Concord Honda. Doug Miller and Jon Schmidt deliver impeccable customer service and I wanted to share my experience. I am looking forward to going back to Concord Honda the next time we need a new car! more

I have been very pleased with the service I received here- both in car sales and in the service department. I first purchased my Honda Civic there in 1997 and had them do all the service until I moved out of state...even then I would call them and get their feedback on what other service centers were recommending and they would always take the time to explain everything to me. So when I moved back I brought my new Honda to them for servicing and have continued to receive quality service. more

I took my car in for a recall service. When I got the car back at home, I noticed scratches on the top of my car where those magnetic number hats would have been. I immediately called them up and they said they couldn't have done it. After much discussion with some supervisors they fixed the scratches. A big unecessary headache. more

We go there to get the oil changed on my car. The people there are always nice with me. However, the prices are a little steep for their car work. But, their barbeques on the weekends are nice invitations to come by, even though we know their ultimate goal is to try to sell us a car despite the fact that we won't buy one! more
