I had Concord Heating & Air come to my house after having another company tell me my gas pack needed to be replaced, and the problem was something that could be fixed for less that $300. They are my hero's. I will call them again when I need assistance. I know it won't be long before my unit needs to be replaced but they saved me from that expense right after CHRISTmas!!! Highly Recommended 6/22/2012

I called Concord Heating and Air at the recomendation of a reletive. They arrived on time, Eric couldn't have been more polite and professional. My bad fan motor was replaced in about half an hour and he didn't try to up-sell me contracts for service, warranty or parts I didn't need. I would like to say I won't use them again but, with the age of my unit, I feel certain they'll be back! Forget the big names you hear advertising every five minutes and keep your money in the local ecomony. more

AVOID this Company!!! 4/2/2011

On of the most dishonest company that I have ever dealt with. I received a call from my tennant. The heat was not working and I called Concord H&A. A repairman went by and diagnosed the issue as computer board for the heating unit and gave my renter an estimate. Because of the cost, I got a second estimate. The second found the problem to only be a motor and I used the company that actually found the problem. Concord H&A called my renter, got the actual problem and then sent me a bill for their quote listing in the diagnosis of the other company instead of their own. No work done other than providing an inflated and wrong quote. And they aggressively collected that fee. DISHONEST! more

Great Company 1/9/2010

We've been using Concord Heating and Air for many years. Their reps are always very polite and do their work very quickly and efficiently. If you need someone in an emergency situation, they are fairly quick to send someone out. Highly recommend them! more

Highly Recommend!!! 1/4/2009

I have used Concord Heating and Air and I was very pleased with the service. They were on time with the appointment and were very thourough and told me exactly what need to be done. Anytime someone tells me they are looking for an AC repair or something I always recommend Concord Heating & Air!!!! more

Professional and polite 1/4/2009

We have used Concord Heating & air two times now.\r Once when our a/c went out. We needed it fixed that day because the inlaws were arriving the next day. The service rep they sent out was so polite, always said yes ma'm and worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. \r We called again when our heating element burned out and had the exact same experience.\r Very fast, very polite, got us same day service.\r They are expensive. Our bills from them run between $200 and $400 on parts that cost about $50 to $100 if you were to buy them yourself. more
