Worst

I dropped of car at 6AM only to find it was not completed at 5PM. I had to wait an extra hour? I think my next oil change is free don't you?

The way a business treats its customers is the number one issue for me as a consumer. Concord Auto Repair was a very pleasant surprise in that regard, after dealing with many in the area who seem much more interested in what their customers can do for them, instead of the other way round. more

Every time I stop by they always fit me in to have my tires rotated and balanced. I thought that I needed new brakes but I was told they still looked good. The gentlemen behind the counter explained why my brakes were making noise. This was my 4th time using their service and I have not been disappointed at well. more
