I dropped of car at 6AM only to find it was not completed at 5PM. I had to wait an extra hour? I think my next oil change is free don't you?

did not repair what they caused 11/19/2014

I had a tuned up and brought my car back at least 5 or 6 times to never have the VTM-4 light or check engine light resolved. The last time I was told to pick it up as there was not enough "man Power" to look into it. I have since taken it to another mechanic who said there are wires "chewed up" caps off, timig belt put on incorrectly and a hydrolic leak. "Whoever has worked on your car should never work on cars". It will cost me close to $500.00 from what you have caused. more

I have been going to Concord Auto Repair for years. They've always done a great job with my cars, and provide really good service at a reasonable price. Steve and Ed are great and don't try to talk you into things you don't really need, and have taken care of several things over the years for me at no charge. I highly recommend them! more

Cost less than estimate, took less time 10/3/2014

Ed gave me an estimate (time and cost) for the work on Tuesday, did the work Thursday, was able to find a less expensive part, and got the job done fifteen minutes sooner than the estimate. I also love that the place is always clean and neat. more
