They sold me a $30 ac power charger for $69 (which can also be found online for as little as $15). They charged me $30 to solve the problem I came in there asking about. They quickly asked for my laptop, and filed a report, leaving me with the notion that this could actually be a difficult problem, requiring some real trouble shooting.\r

Basically for five minutes of their work, I was charged $69. They also may have done something to my screen, because after using my laptop twice afterward, it stopped turning on with the rest of the laptop.\r

I recommend you go somewhere that has a few good ratings, and hopefully not planted there by the business itself. \r

This rating is probably the only bit of repayment I will get for being shafted out of $70, being able to tell people what a terrible business this is.
