I'm very pleased to recommend Computer Shoppe. Since 1984, I have purchased 14 computers, several printers, monitors and dozens of soft ware packages. Frank is the man there I call on. Their on site service and repair shop are the best I've used in the New Orleans Area, including the PC shops and the chains like Best buy, . From my first Apple ""Lisa"" to my last Apple ""Air"", the apple machines work for my business twice as good as any PC we've had. I need computers for my business and this business has always delivered. If there was a better computer out their we would use it. If there were a better computer store out there we would use it too. more

Great Service! 11/12/2010

If my computer breaks again, I'll definitely be back here. Please ignore the reviews from the other irritated customers who obviously didn't understand their apple warranties. Having once worked at the largest independent Apple Specialist in NYC, I can assure you this place is legit and great. I had a bad logic board, and they turned the repair around in 1 day-- which is unheard of in my experience... so so fast. @angelagail If you spill a drop on your machine, you lose your warranty plain and simple. Don't complain about the Computer Shoppe, complain about Apple! Read your warranty! more

Bloodsuckers: Avoid at all costs. 11/29/2008

I brought my laptop to these bafoons because i am covered under AppleCare warranty until Nov 2009 and they are supposed to handle AppleCare. Well, these nimrods went ahead and fixed my laptop and tried to charge me $675 and told me that this type of repair was not covered under warranty!!! I told them I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this repair! If I ad known it was going to cost me that much I would have taken it somewhere else! Even AppleCare quoted me at $400!!! Pros: NONE AT ALL! Cons: Everything! more

computer had small spill, i just wanted it cleaned properly from Apple certified professionals so as not to void my warranty by cleaning it myself. Cons: everything more
