The Nerd they sent was very competent and friendly. I've used them in the past and they always explain things for me, which helps me to understand and most of all gets me back up and running quickly. A pat on the back from one of the older and non-competent. Pros: cheap, great service, wonderful people, will teach you Cons: none! more

Just not that helpful 2/23/2009

I just felt that they did not take me seriously. They told me I wasted my money on Antivirus software. And that I didn't need any. That the problem was the websites I was going to. I felt so judged. I took my pc to geeksquad and they fixed my problem and charged less than the nerds quoted me. Pros: Parking lot is well setup Cons: The office smelled bad and needed paint. more

A little Late 1/30/2003

I called this company for a hard drive problem. They took over 3 days to get back to me! Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else. more
