Got a nasty virus exchanging filed with my friend and my laptop went crazy- it kept asking me to download a fake antivirus, it was rally annoying. I took my laptop to computer labs and they restored it to its original state, the service was good and ill use them again if I need to. more

Great service Very appreciative for the help 10/14/2011

I live about an hour and 15 minutes southwest of Chicago and my wife cracked her LCD screen. It was once of those LCD screens that are difficult to find at your average computer repair shop. Computer Labs did not have either but the guy said he will over-night it and have it ready tomorrow before the end of the day. I took the laptop to their office in Chicago and they brought it back to my house the next day. It turned out of of their guys lived about 20 minutes from where I live so they dropped it off for us free of charge. Thank you very much for such a wonderful service and for going the extra mile to take care of us. We will always remember you and we will recommend other to use you. more

Fast and fairly priced. 12/6/2010

My keyboard acting up after I spilled coffee on it. I needed to repair it immediately to avoid any further damage to the motherboardds. I was worried the liquid may get to the motherboard and I would have a much more serious problem. I called 3 computer repair centers prior to Morotech and nobody could look at it immediately. I rely heavily on my computer and I could not wait for a couple days before someone can look at it. Morotech tech agreed to look at it immediately It turned out they only needed to clean my keyboard and the motherboard from the liquid spill using some chemical to avoid issues in the future. I was glad I took it there when I took it because the tech said the longer I waited the worse it would have gotten. more

I cant express my gratitude for the hours spent at our office the day after thanksgiving trying to get us ready for Monday. They have totally transformed our offices and made us more efficient. No more ethernet cables laying around and the network issues are gone. more
