Had my computer serviced here. Very poor communication/language barrier. They guilt tripped me on how hard of a task it was to fix my computer. If you cannot handle a repair then don't offer a service. The estimate wasn't a hard computer copy and was very sloppy written by a teenager. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. more

The best experience I have ever had with a computer repair shop. I will always go back to them. The helped me with another unrelated issue and didn't charge anything more

Professional and cheap 10/15/2011

Great service and great price. Fixed my Hinge in less than 30 minutes. Had the parts from another similar laptop and repairs were done on the spot. more

Thanks A Million 11/23/2010

My computer crashed suddenly and I was about to lose all my data. The computer would not boot up windows, no safe mode, nothing. For $99, I got 4 years worth of word docs, emails, photos and music recovered and copied to an external hard drive. I was so happy I gave the tech a fat tip. more

I was referred to the computer labs usa store by a Dell representative and brought my drive to see if they could help me recover my data. For only $99 they recovered all my files and put them on an external hard drive for me. A new hard drive was also used to rebuild my computer with a fresh copy of windows. Now I have something I can rely on as a backup and my computer is fixed. more

I found Computer Repair Labs to be very capable and competent. They came and picked up my computer which had a bad motherboard and fixed within 24 hours. They saved me money as someone else suggested to replace the motherboard which would hav cost me a lot more. more

If you re reading this you must be trying to do your homework before you make a decision on what computer repair company you will trust with your computer repairs. I had the same concerns but after reading a few of the reviews, which I was not sure if they are really true customer, I decided to give them a try. And I am glad I called because they did not disappoint me. They fixed two of my comptuers, one immediately because it was my business computer and the other one I did not care when I got it back. They were honest, courteous and did a great job on both computers. more

Great Service for a decent cost 10/24/2010

My laptop got infected with a nasty virus and I was worried I would lose all my files and my programs. Morotech tech cleaned it up fairly quickly and all my data was still there. Both the service and the price were great. more

A Good Company to Work With 5/22/2010

Reliable and affordable service. We have been using their services since we opened this office about 2 years ago. Free pick-up from my office when it can not be fixed onsite. At least that s what they did for us. Since we are a business they seem to be very flexible with us and we have not had any issues with them at all. They also come and check our computers once a month for any potential issues. I highly recommend them. more
