I brought my printer into Compuaction and it was covered under Samsung warranty to be replaced. Compuaction lost my printer and would not reimburse me. The owner consistently lied that I had came and picked up the printer, and were even prepared to have 1 of his technicians testify that I had done so in court. The situation went on for nearly half a year. Took the issue to court and settled. Did not nearly getting what I paid for the printer back as I could not stay all day to await a trial. He even hired an attorney to represent him for a $160 printer rather than fess up. The owner of this company is a snake with no business sense or customer service intent. Please stay away.
