Not only is it easy to make an appointment but they make sure to take care of your vehicle within a timely manner. On top of that, they offer freshly baked cookies and provide an online tool to track your vehicle's history! more

Overnight loaner vehicle provided 9/12/2014

Have used Comptons for several years. This time I needed a water pump, gaskets and seals for an old pickup, and it could not be completed the same day. Comptons provided a loaner pickup to use overnight until I picked up my truck the next day. That's a "first time ever" for me. more

Every time I bring my care in I believe I get honest answers to my questions. They are patient and understanding. And I brought in my Italian Greyhound, Luigi and he was welcomed lovingly from everyone. more

Attention to Detail 8/6/2014

My car was making a horrible rattling noise and everything I read online indicated it was the decoupler pulley on the aternator. After diagnosing that it was the alternator Compton's called a Dodge dealership to make sure that the pulley could not be replaced seperately. This attention to detail is what makes Compton's so great. If they can find a way to save you moeny, they do it without compromising the repair! more

Not good 7/1/2014

I brought my car in regarding the temperature gauge where it tells you if the car is running hot- I had whatever was recommended on the car to take care of this issue done on it. For a week all seems well- until I notice the second week of driving- the same thing is happening. The needle point on the car would rise back up past the half way park indicating that it was going to run hot again! Very frustrating when there is a full radiator and when I know that brought it in because of this very issue thinking this would resolve the issue! I am highly upset because I can't just bring the car back whenever this happens when I was assured this was taken care of- I work- it's not like I can bring it to the shop as soon as this happens to it. I nearly paid for services done to this car about $1500- and this is what happens- same issue. Nothing resolved. more

Took my car in for an oil change and NC vehicle inspection. Dropped car off at 7:30am and picked it up at 10:00am. Couldn't ask for anything faster. more
