Excellent. They checked my battery as part of routine checks with recent oil change. I had not had any bad-battery symptoms. Compton's said the battery needed replacement, which was done under warranty without cost to me. I had purchased the battery from Compton's with a 36 month free, 100 month prorated, warranty. I did not have to find and provide my warranty information. I still don't understand battery warranties, but it's nice to know a problem was found and corrected (for free) before I discovered it in a snowy parking lot in January.
