Troy and the compliance doctor-- 1/13/2012

I contacted the compliance doctor to transition my surgery center, brand surgery center in glendale - to transition me from aaahc/imq to the joint commission. Troy Lair was referred to me by dr. hakikian because they had just finished joint commission with his surgery center in tarzana surgical institute. I called Troy and asked that he come and meet with me, he treated us like first class clients. He came everytime we needed him and did everything necessary to see us through this process. They were super and you cannot go wrong by hiring this firm. more

During the long process of construction,state licensure and certification,Troy has been the consummate professional. Navigating the maize of paperwork and applications is a long and daunting process to say the least.. As our consultant, he has given us a very strong foundation that has enabled our institution to go forward in a positive manner. The addage that no question was stupid was put to the test repeatedly in our journey! There may be many consultants in this business, but we hit the jackpot with Troy and Compliance Doctor! more

Troy assisted me through the accreditation process with The Joint Commission. He is an excellent teacher. Troy guided and coached me through key concepts that were new to me. He took the mystery away from governmental standards, processes, and procedures. Troy helped me target the areas that were most important to my business. He was awesome. This firm knows accreditation and healthcare. there is no other, choose them. 9/7/2008

i worked with other consultants and got exactly nothing. I called and hired this firm, and they did as they said they would and never once stopped at providing ultimate customer service. i highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of any of their services. Do be fooled by the others, this one is for you. Pros: price, customer service Cons: that i can not afford to keep them hired all the time for many other things. more

The Best Healthcare Licensing Consulting Group out there! 6/2/2008

I have had the honor of working with this consulting group. Troy Lair and his team are super at customer service, making me feel like their priority everyday, all day. They set up my facility, got me licensed and accredited and I continue to use them on an ongoing daily basis. Troy recently assisted me at obtaining over $1M in denied claimed through his appeal letter processing and follow up. I am looking to them to assist me in marketing of my practice as well.
