I bought a set for my Honda CRV last year .Absolute garbage struts ! lasted less than 10 months and hardly any miles . Absolutely shot ..No dampening at all ...riding on springs ...

I left multiple messages no reply. I have tried calling at least 10 times all different days. 8 months later still no reply’s sent me the wrong struts will not buy again. more

easy install, quality parts 5/14/2019

I ordered struts for my f150 front and my 2006 accord front and rear. I just completed installs on the accord and test drove it for 20 miles. I didn't want to stop. It ran as well as the day I brought it home from the dealer 165,000 miles ago, smooth, quiet and no leaning in the turns, excellent product for the price, cant wait to replace the front struts on the f150. more

They/Him speak to you as if you're incompetent or can't count. After finally receiving my item, it was packed in ripped box with a half a roll of tape. Don't "BUY" there junk.They have absolutely no professional standards whatsoever. Do Not say you haven't been. I don't even want to ask for my money back !! I just hope NO else is victimized. more

After reading reviews I should have read before i purchased . Have not received order yet but when the only good reviews have Completestruts.com as an opening line clearly done by some one in house turning review into advertisement says a lot about a company . Canceling order now .... more

Perfect fit and ride at an unbeatable price 8/22/2017

Purchased a conversion kit for my 2004 Lincoln Navigator because my air suspension was too costly to repair so I did research on converting from air to standard coil spring suspension. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner, the ride is great and the height is back to where it should be. Customer service was able courteous and answered all my questions and concerns about the product itself and information about doing the conversion. Best $300 i've ever spent. Thank you Complete Struts. more

Poor Quailty 5/4/2017

I recently had a pair of front strut installed on my 2008 Chevy Malibu from Completestruts the next day I am hearing Clucking noise come from the left strut. I called customer support they requested a mechanics report, so my mechanic took his time and supplied the report now my car is sitting, I requested a replacement strut instructed to be next day air, which I had to pay for 86.00, and my mechanic will charge me to replace the strut. They did not ask for the bad strut to be returned for further investigation on why it failed. Lesson learned do not buy parts from CompleteStruts more

LESS THAN 30,000 miles LIFESPAN 6/16/2016

Like one fella wrote, too good to be true. First set lasted 26,200 miles before leaking. Soon after the CV halfshafts also went. How much of Americans time is wasted because there are no standards anymore. How many more jobs are lost to pinching pennies. Wish I had saved my factory springs to install on my MOTORCRAFT replacements. more

yes they are cheap for a reason. made in china junk. their ebay ad led me to believe they were made in house in America and they arrive and say made in china , yes you can get a refund if you are willing to pay the 15 percent restocking fee and the shipping back and wait on the refund. Beware ,do not buy these inferior shocks and struts , I should have done more research . BEWARE, their shocks and struts are MADE IN CHINA JUNK more

It is the worst product I've ever purchased online. Yes, the price is too good to be true- the product came defective right out of the box. My mechanics took video of the broken strut and the company still didn't react promptly. Customer service was a complete run-around- emails unanswered for weeks, phone calls not returned, and no one owns the issue instead everyone punts. Don't waste your money! Clearly, I'm not happy and willing to share my experience. more

Junk, junk, junk!!!!!!! 11/12/2015

Have the same problem!! Bought all four struts for my 03 civic rears blew the rubbers out of the mounts and the front springs make a loud popping noise when you turn!!!! Was told buy complete struts that I had to have a mechanic check it out and write a statement saying so and I have to pay for that!! I guess the big chucks of rubber it the trunk is not enough! And also if a mechanic has to check it out then you're lifetime Warranty should read that way!! I'm my own mechanic don't need someone to tell me the problem and pay them to tell me that when I've been doing this a lifetime!!! Do you're self a big favor buy OEM. And stay away from this junk!! more

Junk-Buy OEM 2/25/2015

I purchased 4 complete struts for my 2002Honda CRV and within a year and a half the top bushing / mount on the front struts failed so I purchased 2 new struts from Honda which cost $290 and had to install (compress springs etc.). The original Honda bushings were still perfect after 13 years. I had tire wear, noise and pieces of rubber at the top bushing on the complete strut. So I called complete strut and they replied they never heard of this before but too bad because they were 6 months past 1 year warranty. Moral of story is just buy OEM and not this Chinese junk-it is cheaper in the long run.. more

they sent me wrong size struts which I had to pay labor and alignment twice. it also caused damage to the transmission because the cv axles were in a bind from not being lined up. I was given the run-a-round when trying to get a refund. more

Unity struts from completestruts 10/18/2014

Very unhappy with groans and clunks from (what I learned from other reviewers is) top strut mounts. Company offered full refund including prepaid shipping. Which is nice ... But ... They will not assist at all towards the cost of labor. On most products this is known and acceptable. But when the only way to learn of this issue is to install them, ... Now we're talking serious money. I feel it is unfair to have to pay all of the labor, and proposed that they meet me half way. I figure that it is an unfair tactic to sell something that turns out to be defective, requiring the purchaser to pay for the product "testing." $150 for 2 front quick-replace struts cost $250 in labor to install. Now I have to buy name-brand (Gabriel) quick-change struts, at about $150 each, and again pay $250 labor. So $500 has quickly become $650. Plus the inconvenience, plus tax, etc. Lesson to be learned: Buy a reputable brand name through a local dealer (auto parts supply store). I would even steer clear of parts-store brand more

Junk Struts 7/6/2013

I purchased a set of struts for my jeep liberty 2002 from completestrut.com and installed them back in may 2012.had a clutch replaced a couple of months ago the mechanic said the struts were leaking, my immediate thought was another shop trying to make some money for unnecessary repairs, because there was no way the struts could be bad they were a year old and should last years. the Jeep is street driven only no abuse. I started to notice a shake in the steering wheel and bad handling, got under there and sure enough both struts were leaking had to replaced both struts what a waste of money. more
