***scam alert***don't ever go here for service!! the worst repair service and manager ever!!! these trolls will rip you off until you're dead broke!!! my husband took his vehicle to this horrible place (complete performance inc., on elk grove blvd) because it was making a rattling noise. after they claimed that they checked out his vehicle, the so called manager, bobby anand, quoted my husband $1300 to repair it. he paid the fee, and they kept the vehicle for a little over a week. they eventually called him and told him that the car was ready to be picked up. when my husband tried to drive it off their lot, it was still making the same exact sounds. bobby told him that he'll have his mechanics look at it again. then bobby called my hustand back to tell him that the axil(?) need to be replace/repaired and it would cost an extra $600 (now keep in mind, we're are also paying daily for a rental so that he can get to and from work, which is out of town!). we were upset ofcourse, but told them to go on and service it anyway. then, about a day or two later, bobby called my husband again and told him that he need an extra $1900 because the transmission was bad! now they knew from the beginning what was wrong with the car, they should have been upfront with us! if they would have told us this us upfront, there is no way we would have even decided to get it repaired! we would have just got a new car!! but what these scammers do is tell you little by little what needs to be done, sucker you into paying, then they don't really repair your vehicle until they quote you another ridiculous amount until you have no choice but to pay to get your car back to working. i was so upset, i decided to go down there myself, and talk to bobby because i wanted to know why they wouldn't just be upfront with us, and to also see if he could give us some kind of discount since they were not truthful from the beginning. he would never answer my questions, we started yelling at oneanother. then he told me to get our raggedy sh*t off their lot and that he wanted me the f*ck off his premises, called me a crazy b*tch, and so forth. i honestly don't see how these people can sleep at night. but that's alright, what goes around, comes around. bobby, don't be surprised if you're contacted by the news stations...\r
