Ripped off 9/2/2011

Bought a used riding lawn mower, 900. I knew nothing about them as I have always lived in the city and now on a three acre farm type property. I expected help and guidance. All I got was ripped off. I ran it as soon as they delivered it, very expensive delivery and had to pay in cash...weird. It wouldn't cut grass or stay running. I was told to bring it back in...I had to have it delivered so I had to pay them to come get it to fix it. I was told after a week of calling and being told it wasn't looked at yet, that the blades needed to be sharpened and it need minor engine work. I said I wanted a differrent one as this hadn't even been run a full hour yet. Nope. That same mower now sells brand new for 750.00. I was dumb and didn't do my leg work and was taken advantage of for it. Shame on me this time. more

poor customer service 12/5/2007

We rented a commercial tent from this company. They did not set the tent up correctly. We tried on several occasions to tell them and they did not respond. The tent collapsed during a rain storm because they did not use stakes that were long enough, nor did they use pull downs or straps on the corners to allow the water to run off. They never responded to our complaints after our show was over. We lost product due to water damage, we lost sales because customers could not enter a collapsed tent. Use them at your own risk- more

Pull up in their parking lot, and you'll see the fleet of outdoor vehicles parked outside. Tractors, ATVs, lawn mowers, etc. Head inside for some friendly help and great advice from the wonderful staff. Just need some accessories? They stock a huge selection of those too. Prices are pretty much par for the course. So, if you can hold off for a sale, you might be better off. more
