Nice 11/28/2005

This is a very nice theatre. There is stadium style seating and the movie rooms are usually pretty clean. They also have a rewards program based on how many movies you see. Sometimes there are problems with the equipment, and you can't hear the sound or the picture is bad, but they are usually pretty quick to fix such problems. I would recommend this theatre. more

Nice, Clean Movie Theater 10/24/2005

Commonwealth 20 is a great theater to go to. It is always clean, and prices are reasonable (although still overpriced, as all movie theaters are these days!) There is a lot of parking, and it's nice to have stores around for those Friday and Saturday night swhere you have to buy your ticket early and have time to kill. Being right off 288, it is conveniently located too! more

Commonwealth 20 Cinemas are the best in the area. They have 20 screens so they have plenty of movie choices. The lines move fast and the people are friendly. It is very clean. The seating is great. The chairs are very comfortable. All in all this theater is great. If you are going to see a movie this is the place to go. more

Where to start. Commonwealth 20 Cinemas has 20 theatres! You can alway find a movie to watch there. The lines, if there are any go quickly. The prices are in line for movies in the area. The seating is amazing...stadium seating, my children don't want to go see movies anywhere but there because they can always see the screen no mater how tall the person is that sits in front of them. The chairs are very comfortable, with drink holders on the fold down arms, and there is plenty of leg room. Very clean theatres and bathrooms. Parking is very convenient. Lots of restaurants close by. more

Great selection of films & cool seating! 8/7/2005

I love Commonwealth 20 for two reasons. One, with 20 screens, they carry a plethora of films that other local theaters don't. And two, the actual screening rooms themselves are awesome, with tiered stadium seating so that no one in front of you can block the screen during the film. The only downside for me is that Commonwealth 20 is so far out of my way (I live in Colonial Heights; the theater is a good half hour drive off 288). Still, I manage to head out that way to see movies that I want to see which aren't available closer. The theater is clean and offers a wide array of snacks & drinks to movie-goers. It's a real treat to see a movie here! more
