Common Grounds Coffee House

I love everything about Common Grounds! The coffees, teas, employees, customers, and the place! I especially like the creative ways the owners have come up with utilizing their wonderful facility in the evenings. My husband and I have been to a Musical Murder Mystery Dinner and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We've also been to a Euchre card game/wine tasting event (never played Euchre before but had a blast learning). And most recently we went to their Valentine Dinner. Great food, great drink, and great company.....you've gotta try it! I also like the idea of WiFi and a children's play area. They also have a room that can be used for meetings, etc. I hope Common Grounds will be in our community for many, many years to come. more

Although I am not a coffee drinker (even despise the smell of it), I have gone to this place on several occasions for Girl Scout Meetings. The first thing that I love most about it is that they have a small play area for children. This worked great because my son has had to be with me during these meetings on several occasions and he can read books and play while we are having our meeting. Next is that the muffin I had was awesome! My son had a cookie that he ate up quickly. Prices seemed fair although I haven't been in any other coffee houses to compare. The establishment was clean as well as the bathrooms. With my son we must "try out" every store or restaurants bathroom facilities. The shop was actually quite bigger than I had thought from looking at the outside. It is clean and inviting and if you love coffee and don't mind smelling like coffee for hours after you leave, then this is the place for you! more
