A man named Jim came to our home and spent 2 hours measuring to make sure the heater we were going to purchase would fit into the space that we wanted it, he insured us that it would work . Then on December 5 that same man Jim along with two others came to our home to install the burner. After 10 minutes of being here he said that it wasn't going to fit so we needed to go a different route. We decided to go with a different burner that he said would work so they went back to the store to get the new burner and supplies. After returning a few hours later they brought in the pellet burner and at first glance it was obvious the burner was not brand new. With scratches and dents it was beyond unacceptable for the amount of money we were going to pay. Jim the original man who came out wanted to argue and state that it was a floor model and it was still good but we explained to him we would just go over to the store and pick something else out that is brand new. When we arrived at the store my husband went inside to start to look into the other options while I sat in the backseat of our vehicle with our children. All of a sudden I see Jim looking out of the stores front door at our truck then he left walked back in the back and then came outside and was squatting next to our rear tire. Keep in mind our windows are tinted therefore he was unable to see that anyone was inside of the truck. I wasn't sure what he had done so I started to get out of the truck but as I was standing up Jim came back outside and knelt down again next to our rear tire!! I immediately opened the door to ask him what he was doing he began scrambling for words and would not back away from our vehicle he kept reaching down behind the tire! He then went inside and I started to look around and soon discovered 2 large screws underneath our truck. He of course denied it and the owner backed him. Police were called but there was nothing able to be done because the store didn't have any surveillance and it was his word against mine. Buyers please bewar
