We will definitely stay again 10/25/2010

I was a little worried about staying at the hotel after reading all of the poor reviews. However, I wanted a handicapped accessible room on the lake and this was one of the only places I could find.Kids loved the pool area. It was clean and everything was in working order.The continental breakfast was excellent. Excellent service. Did they make mistakes? You betcha. But they made sure to make things right. We will definitely stay again. more

Had such a great time 10/5/2010

When i got to the water park it was not bad at all. My family had such a great time. We then had dinner in the resturaunt. The food and service was very good. i stayed for three days and had such a great time . I will stay again and refer to others. more

Hotel has improved! 9/2/2010

We stayed the weekend in August and had a great time the waterpark has improved a great deal. The restaurant was even better than before. The front desk was a great help in all areas very friendly as well. We will be back Thank you more

Excellent experience, definitely would return 8/20/2010

Excellent service. Did they make mistakes? You betcha. But they made sure to make things right. They were supposed to serve hot cookies and milk one night but the kitchen got behind. When I went to the restaurant to find out where the cookies were, they apologized and sent me a full plate of brownies. The resaurant had excellent food and the waitresses were very prompt. It took a little longer than usual to get our food. I think they were short on cooks but we were drinking and enjoying the view so we weren't in any hurry. more

After reading all of the negative comments and getting worried about a ruined vacation, I knew that I had to post after our stay. Normally, I do not post unless something is terrible which is what most people do. We will definitely stay again. more
