Breakfast Was Amazing!! 1/20/2011

This Hotel is awesome the breakfast is better than any of the local restaurants I just cant believe it!!!!! And the restaurant attached has one of the most unique menus for this area I never seen such a selection steaks seafood pizza and even Mexican and eastern Indian food WOW!!!!! more

Entire place very clean & well maintained. Bed very comfy, plenty of pillows, bathroom sparkling clean. Pool very clean well kept. This place is quiet, staff friendly & helpful, breakfast very good. more

Will Def Come back For Another Vacay 1/13/2011

We have never stayed at a hotel as nice as this before. we were celebrating our one year anniversary and went with the romantic package. the service was very nice all the employees were extremely helpful with anything we needed. our room came with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which were incredible. but neither of us like champagne and the employees were very happy to switch it with another drink we preferred. i would definitely go back on another vacation. more

Great Hotel 1/11/2011

Very kid friendly, clean and just as nice as the hotel I stayed at in Las Vegas. Pool needs more chairs and rafts but that is just a minor thing. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it sure smelled good. I did read some previous reviews and was unsure but I took a chance and happy that I did. Definately recommond this hotel. more

Stayed at this hotel, along with a group of out of town guest, for our daughter's October wedding. After reading several negative reviews we were a little apprehensive about our stay however we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff at the desk and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our rooms. Whenever any of our party had a problem it was taken care of in a very efficient manner. When i come back to the are I will be staying at Comfort Suites Lakeside. more

I needed a handicapped accessible room on the lake and Comfort Suites Lakeside Resort was one of the only places I could find. The staff was very attentive to making sure my family and I were enjoying our stay there. We will definitely be returning to Comfort Suites Lakeside Resort . more

I love it here! 11/3/2010

I am planning my Big Day at this Houghton Lake Hotel! I love it there! Huge place, and People are friendly! It is right on the lake and it has an amazing view.I want to comment on the two ladies that are now running the place! Very good people and have been nothing but nice and willing to work with me! I think that anyone looking for a fun place to go and have a awesome time should go there! Be sure to enjoy the view! :) more
