I stayed here with my dog for two nights during the Greenville dog show. Before making the online reservation, I called to make sure that pets were allowed and was assured that they were. I was going to go ahead and book over the phone, but the person I spoke to advised me that if I booked online, it would be much cheaper. Upon arrival, check in only took a few moments. When I arrived in my room, I found that the deadbolt lock did not work properly. I went back to the desk and the attendant came up right away to see if he could fix the problem. He could not, and advised me there were no more rooms available. I said I couldn't stay in a room with no lock. He then asked me if I would be willing to take a smoking room instead. At that point, I said that would be fine. When I got to the new room, I was surprised to find that there was NO smell of smoke at all and I am VERY sensitive to the odor of cigarettes. The room was very clean, the bed surprisingly comfortable for a hotel bed, and the pillows quite comfortable. There were also four pillows on each bed instead of the usual two. The water pressure in the shower was great. There was also a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, coffee, and cream and sugar. For less than $60 a night, this can't be beat.
