Comfort Inn & Suites

Stayed here one night on our way to Florida. Great price for a very nice hotel. Easy access off the highway. Decent pool. Nice lobby and very good breakfast area-roomier than most. Would not hesitate to recommend and would stay here again in a heart beat. more

Can't say enough about this place. Rooms were clean and updated and the free breakfast was very good, all for under $60. Close to Haywood Mall with plenty of places to eat. more

I stayed here with my dog for two nights during the Greenville dog show. Before making the online reservation, I called to make sure that pets were allowed and was assured that they were. I was going to go ahead and book over the phone, but the person I spoke to advised me that if I booked online, it would be much cheaper. Upon arrival, check in only took a few moments. When I arrived in my room, I found that the deadbolt lock did not work properly. I went back to the desk and the attendant came up right away to see if he could fix the problem. He could not, and advised me there were no more rooms available. I said I couldn't stay in a room with no lock. He then asked me if I would be willing to take a smoking room instead. At that point, I said that would be fine. When I got to the new room, I was surprised to find that there was NO smell of smoke at all and I am VERY sensitive to the odor of cigarettes. The room was very clean, the bed surprisingly comfortable for a hotel bed, and the pillows quite comfortable. There were also four pillows on each bed instead of the usual two. The water pressure in the shower was great. There was also a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, coffee, and cream and sugar. For less than $60 a night, this can't be beat. more

While driving to Florida we decided to stop before it got to dark. I wanted to get a hotel with a pool and that would except pets at a reasonable price. I was so surprised went i stopped here. The was outside and very nice . They accepted pet for a small fee and i only spent 60.00 for the night. they offered a hot breakfast too!!! it was WONDERFUL.. the staff was friendly.. i would diffinitly come back. more

I stayed here one night for business, and it was only 52 dollars after tax for one night. The room was nice and comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast room was very large and very modern and clean, it was a good breakfast as well. I was on the 4th floor of the 5 story hotel, and it was nice and quiet and clean. Overall it was a good value on the hotel, I was working business up in Hendersonville and Asheville NC, and stayed here it was much cheaper then any rooms I found up there. more

Great place to stay. I didn't have any of the problems of the previous reviewer. The refrigerator in my room was nice and cold, and everything was very clean. Fridge and microwave worked great, wireless internet was easy to connect to and very fast. Nice adjustable shower head with a massage option. Nice breakfast area, and they didn't mind me taking a bowl and some utensils in the evening. Great location and value. I would stay here again. more

We were in Greenville for a concert and wanted to stay near the BiLo Center. The Comfort Inn was about 4 miles away and very conveniently located to other restaurants as well. It is an older hotel that has totally been remodeled. Very clean & comfortable rooms. Great value compared to other hotels in the area. We will definitely stay there again. more

I always look for deals, bit of a kumudgeon, and usually end up getting what I pay for. But this hotel was more than the wife and I planned for! Great location, no unsightly neighbors and didn't worry about our car and belongingings. Great staff, brought us extra pillows, tea bags, and even shared a couple stories while I got change from the counter. Nice and clean, room was well made up and no worries at all. Had a suite for a room price and had a good breakfat to boot! Will definately be staying again as we travel to Greenville frequently to see kids. more

nice overall, good spacious room, though would have preferred a king bed, which was not offered, had trouble using coupon, mgr tried to upgrade us and didn't get quite what we wanted but it was do-able, had nice kitchen space, bathroom ok except hot water was limited, would like to see plumbing issues resolved...other than that, good room service, and comfortable more

I stayed the night before and today I attempted to check in using a current hotel coupon ($44.99). The owner (name is Haj or Val) advised he would not accept the coupon if I used a credit card and he would only accept cash at the coupon rate. After some polite verbal exchanges he began to get upset and demanded I leave. So I proceeded to leave and stated that I would contact corporate and let them know about his false advertising practices and he stated, “I own this hotel and corporate can’t do S.” I advised I would be writing on-line reviews. This made him extremely upset as he stated, “Now get the F out of my hotel you bastard and Foff!” As I was about to enter my vehicle to leave the owner CAME OUTSIDE and continued a barrage of explicatives: “F you, you bastard, get the F off my property, suck my D, go to hell, you Chinese bastard.” more

When we moved to the Greenville area this was the first place we stayed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. What we came to find out is they are just typical Greenville area residents. Very friendly and helpful. Big room, everything we needed and close to everything. more
