The price was so low I was expecting the worst, but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. The location is next to other large hotels, and near shopping. Many restaurants in close proximity. more

The hotel was nice and uneventful with working internet and no bed bugs. Allison behind the counter recommended a restaurant with local-style fare. All in all, this hotel was a positive experience in a nice neighborhood – clustered in with a bunch of other hotels including, I believe, a Hilton and other high-end franchises. more

Very accommodating staff, comfortable, clean room, good bed, good breakfast. Overall, this Comfort Inn ticked all the boxes for me. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Sleep quality was very good and the room fittings and furnishings were pretty good. more

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is wondeful. Everyone was enjoying it. Only down side was Sunday morning there was no more yogurt. Really wanted some but ate a juicy apple instead. Room was large and bathroom was too. This is not a brand new hotel but it was clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating when asked questions. Eddie, at the front desk, was very nice and was helpful with a light bulb issue on our first night. For what you pay, you really get your money's worth. more

For the price paid, I think it's good value and I got a good night's sleep. Being familiar with the area, I also selected this Comfort Inn for its location, a 5 min drive from many stores and restaurants on Woodruff Rd and 10min from downtown. The room is quite spacious. Would I stay here again in the future? Probably. more

This hotel was very nice. Parking is limited - once I had to park in the Taco Bell parking lot next to the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is in very nice condition and I would stay again. Close to downtown Greenville without the downtown prices. more

Paid a little more than Days Inn but rooms where nicer, modern and breakfast was more than expected. Sausage gravy, and a good selection of fruit. good deal. would stay there again when i return. more

A nice place to star with a good breakfast. Stayed here about 6 times over a year. Always pleasant staff. Always clean rooms. Fairly quiet on the upper levels. Would stay here again. Only bad thing is that it is pricey during speciall events. more

This is a great hotel! Same road as the Haywood Mall, great mall! And close to many restaurants, and even some nightclubs if you're into that kind of thing. I felt safe at this location. The room was really nice and spacious, bed was perfection, and so were the pillows. I was happy that there was an elevator, very convenient, and it's actually outside of their lobby, yet still inside the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good! Variety of food, and drinks. Didn't try the pool, it was raining, but I'm sure it was just fine :) I will definitely go back more

Very nice property. Larger rooms with nicer flat screens. Beds were comfortable, although the pillows had some age on them. Only drawback to the property is the parking lot...which is one large hill! Be ready to notice a significant ""lean"" when you park your car!!! Special kudos to the hotel for having their maintenance manager assist us with a jump on the morning of departure due to a dead battery! more

Hyatt Place Greenville canceled my reservation that I had placed through Priceline at regular price. They had stated they had overbooked. Priceline booked me here since the incident had happened. I was not at all very happy. Since the rate at the Comfort Inn was sixty bucks. But I will say the hotel was very nice and appointed especially at that price. The lady at the front desk was extremmely nice and accomodating. I would recommend this hotel to amnyone for the price. more

After a terrible experience at the Clarion Inn and Suites just down the road, this was a welcome respite. I arrived at 2 am and the front desk lady was very nice. The place was quiet and the room comfortable. Breakfast could have included some sausage gravy and biscuit, but other than that it was good. more

Due to arriving late at night I didn't use any of the amenities but the overall stay was pleasant. The breakfast was the same as it is at most Choice Hotels I stay at and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room rate was reasonable as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again more

Stayed in this hotel last night and it is squeaky clean. I'll forfeit amenities for a clean bathroom, bed, carpet, etc. I loathe nasty hotel rooms, and have found that so many pricey ones are not really clean. This hotel is immaculate! more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites for three nights and have nothing but good things to say about it. The lobby was inviting and brightly lit. The front desk clerks were helpful and courteous. The rooms were spotless. We had a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen, with coffee, tea, juice, cereal, bagels, danish and a waffle iron. It was convenient to restaurants and major roadways. We would definitely stay there again! more

This hotel is more like a 4 star hotel! It was very clean, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. There was a very nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The prices are much more reasonable than others in Greenville, but they have much more to offer! more

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel in order to attend a wedding in Greenville. We chose it because we took her Chachachua with us and needed a pet friendly hotel. The staff were extrememly friendly and more than accomadating us in any way possible. The room was very clean. The hot breakfast bar had a lot to offer. The hotel is within minutes to malls, resturants and many many specialty stores. more

The hardwood floors in the room are such a nice change from the questionable carpet in most hotel rooms. The King bedroom had plenty of pillows and they were plump. The bathroom was huge. Towels were fluffy. The only negative thing I have to say is that the bathrooms don't have a fan. Despite being beside a Hyundai dealership, the hotel is very quiet. Breakfast in the mornings consists of good choices: Waffles, Oatmeal, Grits, bistuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, pastries, toast, bagels, coffee/tea, juice. I can't believe I received such a great stay for such an inexpensive price. Do not hesitate to stay here!!\r OH! And the staff is WONDERFUL! We ordered Pizza in and forgot to ask for plates and napkins. The staff gave us some. It was GREAT! more

On the outside, this hotel was just as lovely as the rest of the Comfort Inn family. The inner lobby was amazing as normal, but once in the guest rooms you could see that the building had some age, with electrical and sprinkler fixtures not exactly hidden, but piped in across the ceiling. In spite of it's age, this was a wonderful hotel! These little aesthetic things were the only indications that the hotel had been renovated. The beds and linens were great just as expected, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Would definitely reccommend this hotel and its friendly staff to anyone passing through! more
