Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty from welcoming us to makeing sure everything was up to our standards. They blew us away with their service. We have been on the road for 30 days. It was extremely refreshing. more

I had a group of guests come in for a private party. Their visits were anywhere from 4 nights to only the night of the event. Some were going to be on a master bill and some were paying individually. There was a mix of out of towners and locals arriving at different times on different days. To say the least , it was very complicated. The entire staff at Comfort Inn exceded all of my expectations. They were an extreme pleasure to work with. The sales Mgr Gina got personnaly invoved and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. She even left a personal contact number I cou;ld reach her at that weekend since she was not going to be in town the night of the event. Needless say I found no reason to call. Everyone at the hotel was very accomodating. The party was a huge success and the folks at the hotel helped make it possible. I am already planning another gathering soon and will definately use them again. more

We stayed in the honeymoon suite for our honeymoon. Very beautiful room with its own jacuzzi with Roman-style columns surrounding the bed and jacuzzi. Very spacious, well worth what we paid. Great place for a romantic evening in. We plan on returning for a few days in a couple months. more

Stayed here while on a business trip. I travel very frequently, and was very impressed by this hotel from the moment I stepped into it. The employees are simply wonderful. Gave me great information about the area, even set up my taxi requirements for me. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a big selection. I thought I would be stuck with a free cold breakfast, but had a really nice hot breakfast. Will be back in December and all my future trips to the area. Would recommend to all travelers. more

Had a business meeting that ran late. Ended up booking a room at the hotel. Was blown away by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Hotel is really clean. I upgraded to the suite and had a pleasant stay. Sofa was super comfortable and the LCD tv was great. Bed is a pillow top. Was very nice. The breakfast was alot more than I was expecting from a complimentary breakfast. Had eggs, bacon, yogurt, two type of waffles. Wow. Tables were clean and breakfast attendant even refilled my coffee. 5 star service at a 3 star price. Will definitely use again and recommend to my associates. more

Had a great stay again at the Comfort Inn. Staff is very attentive and nice. Fastest wifi in the area is an added plus. Rooms are clean and the free breakfast is good with many options. I recommend if staying in the area. The only caveat is that it can take 40 mins to drive into Chicago...so factor that in if planning on visiting the city. more

I see where others are criticizing this facility. It's Chicagoland, so one would expect it to be a bit more expensive than a comparable hotel elsewhere. But using a Kentucky Farm Bureau discount, I got a decent rate.\r \r The room was spotlessly clean, it had a microwave and refrigerator, the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked great. I was able to download a number of iOS app updates while there. Breakfast was good. Great location just off I-55 and the facility was easy to find. A number of restaurants are nearby, and there are plenty of other options as well as lots of shopping just north along Weber Road in Bolingbrook.\r \r I'd definitely stay here again if in the Joliet/Chicagoland area. more
