Came here in search of that dining room set but instead found some interesting living room pieces. Most furniture stores have the same style going on but this store is very unique. The quality of the material looks really good as well. It isn’t cheap but it is fairly competitive with the market. If you want something different, I would come here more

We got our couches delivered about 6 hours ago and we haven’t been off them yet!! We had them custom made from the fabric to the arms and they came to us exactly as ordered. Not only are we so pleased how they look, but they are SO comfortable. For couples that can’t agree on a standard couch, go to Comfort to have yours custom made. We couldn’t be happier. more

This place has some different pieces than you’d see at most furniture places in San Diego, which is great.I picked a nice sofa and cocktail table, which were unique compared to the selection at the other furniture places. The delivery service came on time and the furniture is great. more

There were a variety of choices and a variety of prices. The quality is good. They helped me and they were endlessly patient with my indecisiveness. All in all, the sofa I bought was way more than I planned to spend but the service was so good that it's worth it. more

While I liked a few of the sofa styles at Comfort Furniture Galleries, I just wasn't overwhelmed by anything they had. Most of their furniture was very pedestrian and their fabric choices just wasn't what we were looking for. My husband hated everything he saw, despite the sales associate telling us they could do anything we wanted. We didn't get that feeling from what they had on display. more

Two years ago I bought a couch, chair and table. They promised the table was in stock. They called me a week later to say the color of the fabric I wanted was discontinued. Why would you have in your showroom something you cannot buy? So I had to return and pick new colors for the chair and couch. Then when it was finally built, they sold my table to someone else! Their promise for a 10 day turnaround is COMPLETE BULLSH!T. It took more like 5 weeks. Liars! I returned recently and bought a small table. They said it would be available in 2-3 weeks, but on the receipt they wrote 4-6 weeks. DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE ITEM TO APPEAR IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. When it finally arrived, 6 weeks later, I had to call THEM, they would not call me to say I could pick it up. What they do is get your money and then make excuses, saying their distributor suks. Whatever, not my problem just get me what I paid for. Their promise for 10 day turnaround on their website is an OUTRIGHT LIE! SHAME ON THEM THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY MONEY ANY MORE.
