Worst

They kicked me out of there because I have a problem with gagging on those digital x-ray devices. They even advertise themselves as offering:\r \r Sedation Dentistry\r Wake up...

Helpful Staff 4/14/2012

I want to start by saying I was extremely scared to even walk into ANY dentist office. When I made my way into the door the front office receptionist was very helpful. When I was taken into the back I must say the assistant Maria made me feel very much at ease!! She seen how nervous I was and she talked to me all though everything she was going to do and even during. I knew every step she was going to do. This helped A LOT! When Dr. Brown came in I clammed up again. He seemed to be a little rude with the staff but never once did this young lady leave my side. Dr. Brown did a great job and I must say I feel 100% better. I will without a doubt be back to that office!! \r Fantastic Job and great staff!!!!!\r Thank You more

Helpful Staff 4/14/2012

I want to start by saying I was extremely scared to even walk into ANY dentist office. When I made my way into the door the front office receptionist was very helpful. UNCOMFORT DENTAL 2/16/2011

If sitting in an Xray chair holding a hard piece of plastic on your broken tooth, while your xray tech and 2 other coworkers take 5 minutes to get the xray machine to work is fun for you just wait there is more. Then when she finally takes the xray it isnt even the whole tooth and then the machine shuts down and you know your in for another huge wait and even more pain then this is the place for you. I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR SEND ANYONE I KNOW THERE. Machines didnt work and Nancy wanted to talk to me like this was standard and I should be more understanding. FIX UR EQUIPMENT AND HAVE TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCERNS OF YOUR CLIENTS, after all WE(clients)pay your salaries and bills. Maybe you should invest some of that money into new equipment! more

Friendly Dentist & Great Care? 10/21/2009

I am a person who HATES going to the dentist, but thankfully I have found Dr. Brown! He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and I have had him do 3 crowns and 2 root canals and I have never felt a bit of pain. He is all about making his patients comfortable during scary procedures. He also is the kind of dentist who does NOT do procedures that are unnecessary. I feel like I am getting the best dental care of my life with him. Also the staff does not lecture you so you don't have to be afraid if you have a cavity or if you haven't had a cleaning in a while. The billing department will work with you to make sure your insurance pays the bill and they also have a payment plan if you don't have insurance. Lots of options. The office is in downtown Las Vegas and is very homey / comfortable and has state of the art equipment. A great dentist all around. Highly recommended! http://www.comfortcaredentalgroup.com/ more

Nice enough, but no they don't cater to cowards 9/9/2008

They kicked me out of there because I have a problem with gagging on those digital x-ray devices. They even advertise themselves as offering:\r \r Sedation Dentistry\r Wake up to a more healthy and beautiful smile with amazingly comfortable sedation dentistry. We care for patients with these concerns:\r \r * I?m afraid of needles and shots.\r * I?ve had bad experiences before.\r * I have not been to the dentist in a long time.\r * I always gag when having dental work done.\r * I just can?t seem to get numb.\r * All my teeth are too far-gone.\r \r \r Well, they said right out that they don't do \r sedation dentistry, and they referred me to \r a much more expensive dentist for IV sedation. \r I am just going to use my common sense and \r find one that uses nitrous oxide, which now I know \r is the best thing for gagging. They were nice about\r it and didn't charge me, and they gave me the x-ray \r they did take for free, so they get a few points for\r that, but they need to c more
